It's so encouraging to watch this sweet, hopeful story during this time of loneliness and isolation. This film seems to answer the question, "What do we do alone while we wait to be fully together again?" The visual contrast of the vivid colors of the costumes and the beauty of the actors with the simplicity and muted colors of the settings creates a mood of uncertainty and dreaminess.

The film is beautifully crafted as well - details of costuming, make-up and setting call out to be seen and examined.

A pleasure to watch and rewatch.
