All I want to say is to give this movie a chance. I don't want to spoil but it makes you think of what would you do in case you were in a such condition!
Of course as others wrote, you have to be full attention as it is getting confused in the middle before putting everything together towards the end.
If you like light thrillers with messed up situations then this movie is for you! I liked the soundtrack as well. Special mention to Alycia Carey which I loved here.
To summarize this movie is crazy , fun, messed up, with nice twists. It is good to watch for a Friday night..
After all it's what's inside to each one of us!

I really enjoyed the concept, and enjoyed how the ending was not picture perfect, it was as messed up as the characters were.
Honestly it kept me interested throughout the whole movie, and I liked how every aspect of the movie had some type of meaning.
I had no idea how the end was going to turn out so I really liked that, because I feel like with most pseudo mystery type shows you can kind of guess what is going to happen by the ending of it.
Overall enjoyable, loved the colors and visuals, and the actors did great! It must be super hard to play like 2-3 characters all in one movie. Great job Netflix!

A movie with a unique storyline or a mind-bending plot is always fascinating for viewers, as it offers something fresh and different. This one falls squarely into that category.
A group of college friends reunites for a pre-wedding celebration, where one of them brings along a mysterious game that allows them to switch bodies and guess who's inhabiting which body. The game takes a dark turn when secrets come to light, and their true colors are revealed.
The story sets the premise by introducing the characters in the first 20 minutes, then quickly dives into the main plot. Once the game begins, you're intrigued and hooked. The secrets, when revealed, feel logical and add to the suspense. However, as a viewer, you may find yourself confused by who is in whose body, making it difficult to keep track, which dampens the overall effect.
Each actor delivers a solid performance. The characters are well-written, making them relatable, as you may recognize similar personalities from real life. Alycia Debnam Carey, James Morosini, David W. Thompson, and Brittany O'Grady get the meatier roles and perform well.
Although the concept of body-swapping isn't new, the way it's handled here makes it unique and engaging. The suspenseful twist at the end will catch you off guard, as it's something you won't see coming.
While the confusion over who's who could have been minimized for a smoother experience, it's still a refreshing change from typical movies. With its short runtime, it's worth a watch for something different.

It would work pretty well if the film had been extended by just 15 minutes and an alternate narrative style to properly introduce all characters to the audience and let their names/identities sink in. Required a second watch to remember who is who.
I watched this thinking it's going to be just another crappy teen/young adult B grade thriller wannabe, but pleasantly surprised. The concept caught my focus all the way till the end, though I did manage to guess who the perpetrator was eventually.
The 'experimental round' that gave the participants a taste of 'the game' and their reactions will undoubtedly draw the viewer in, get ready for a wild ride! :)
This gem is hard to come by on Netflix!

How broken is Gen-Z? It's What's Inside! As a stylistic device to caricature this, the film uses precisely the diseases that have afflicted this poor generation. Social media addiction, self-expression compulsion, luxury affinity, technology dependency. These poor kids, who are now grown up but will probably never be emotionally, are trapped in this world of fake bits and fake bytes. In terms of staging, this is really creatively realised; every scene more or less subtly shows the pretence in this existence. As the film progresses, it becomes difficult to follow the who-is-who, especially because the characters don't play favourites. Presumably they all remain strangers to the audience. At some point, however, there is a good trick for the danger of confusion. In general, the makers come up with all kinds of technical gimmicks to support their vision. Confusion? Yes, often, but the interesting bodyswitch theme also ensures that the suspense is maintained. It hasn't been seen like this before and that's where the film's achievement lies: inventiveness, freshness, creativity. Not the rule, neither in general nor especially with Netflix.
