The Clown and the Candyman

The Series gives a great overview of how all this as far more connected, even higher up sometimes, than we previously thought. Im excited to see which connections will be brought up next, for example the Savile - Sutcliffe connection or the LSD experimenting on the Unabomber and Son of Sam. The Process Church and Manson. All a giant web.

This documentary kills the narrative that some people try to say that "if these kids were white kids the police would be all over the case"...the cops didn't care about these white boys either.

The first two episodes are informative about the two killers, I felt the remaining two episodes dragged a bit and could have been made into a single episode. Worth a watch if you are not aware of these individuals crimes.

This isnt a documentary. The first half for the most part is factually accurate. It should be the footage from Gacy portion is practically lifted from a documentary about Gacy & while of course the same people would appear in both they're saying the exact same things... verbatim oh and they're wearing the same clothes so yeah. The only original content is a new Narrator who while reading the originals scrip she peppers it with misleading facts worded to push a new narrative and out right lies. Is this the new norm take real life horrific tragedy and spin it making it support the story you need to push because admitting to yourself it's not real would then mean acknowledging if you could have been fooled by that lie that maybe everything else you believe could be a result of the kool-Aid you willingly consumed and you alienated your friends and family for not because they're part of a global Conspiracy but because you're just too gullible?

This is one of the most informative, interesting docs I've watched in ages. I'm planning to let it all sink in & then watch again. Several ideas posited within the doc really got me thinking.
