For many years Nadja was a famous ballet dancer. She trained her body mercilessly since her childhood. Ballet dancing has now become more and more of an obstacle in life and a source of constant pain. How to align your life after years of self-sacrifice and control? Even her work as a ballet teacher cannot fill this void. In search of a new orientation in life, Nadja returns home to her mother, Hanne, and meets Mario who is her son. Nadja had given birth to Mario when she was teenager, but her mother raised him so Nadja could devote herself entirely to ballet. The two, who have hardly ever met, meet as strangers - and feel physically attracted to each other from the first moment of meeting. Mario also deals intensively with his body, trains it, explores its limits with a carelessness and freedom that is unknown to Nadja and all the more attractive. The two of them gradually allow themselves to be seduced by their mutual attraction and develop an intense, passionate relationship that is stripped of all moral conventions. Their physical encounters become more and more a struggle for their own self and a rediscovery in the other.
