This movie has a great deal to say about the use of Yoga as an experience that will substantially change your life. The flexibility gained by practice will do as much for your mind as your body. The camera simply but meaningfully puts the viewer in the Yoga studios. The commentary is heartfelt and sincere. The range of individuals seems a good cross-section of stories. The people are real, the stories are real. The practice of Yoga is shown to be an all encompassing experience that might bring you moments of peace as well as moments of exhilaration. Yes, the bodies of both the women and the men are attractive - that seems inspiration enough to join the club that is open to all if you make the effort. Great music, some funny moments.
