God Shave the Queens

This show is filmed very amateur on all levels. Like home video, there is no brightness, real color or most of all Pizzaz. These UK girls needed more professional or live shows period before a television show. One queen even had first performace on show! Alyssa in with her soundbites and intro of show is awkward mix, I am assuming got paid some good coin. *A generous 4 review. Watch America's Werq The World from their season in comparison*

It would be unfair to compare this series to WOW's incredibly in-depth Werq the World series, but if you enjoyed Drag Race UK and want more content with the queens, give this series a go. It annoyingly cuts out abruptly after the 4th episode before we can see performances from the top contenders (Divina, Baga, Viv) but if you enjoyed the main series it's still worth the watch.

This is pretty much the same as Werq the World but with the cast of UK Drag race, definitely worth a look

Getting to see so much more from the Queens than we saw on the season. Also their friendships and knowledge of each others families and partners. It felt like a backstage pass to a family going on tour together. Adding in Alyssa brought this to a whole other level. I laughed. I cried. I cheered. 10s 10s 10s across the board. I loved the interactions with fans and just how much we didn't get to see on the show. I confirmed my love for certain queens and fell in love with early outs like Gothy and Scaredy in a way that I wasn't expecting. Everything from heartfelt moments to floating turds in the toilet this series has it all.
