If it wasn't for John Schneider I would've turned it off. The black husband was the most irritating part of this movie. Yes, having the black male (or even female) always be hyper aggressive can be and is annoying, but this guy was too passive Almost medicatedly so. 0 back bone towards his wife, the other aggressive father, and even his own kid(s)! As the other reviewer stated: who doesn't stand up for their own family? It's the only thing I could think about the entire film, as he is the main character so he was predominately on the screen. 2 stars for decent cinematography. The rest was honestly bland and uninteresting as the movie went on.

Overall the movie was great, but I did have quite a few questions unanswered. The acting was wonderful and the storyline good versus evil it is on point. I thought the ending was really abrupt and left me kind of dumbfounded. I wish it explained the ending better with clarity on what had happened. Sometimes things like this go over my head and it needs to be straightforward and to the point.
