In a similar vein to 2023's 'Priscilla', 'Midas Man' does not use the Beatles' music as they were unable to obtain the rights but used other songs for which they were able to get the rights or which were already in the public domain.
The upcoming Beatles biopic film from Sam Mendes will most likely include Beatles songs however.

The real Freda Kelly (the Beatles' secretary) is an extra in the film. During the London Palladium scene, she is the lady on the front row, enjoying the music. She was originally given spoken dialogue, but felt very uncomfortable acting as she had no prior experience, so the scene was removed.
The character Tex Ellington is based on a real person- Dizz Gillespie (who has disappeared from history and is something of a mystery in Beatles' circles). Presumably the name is changed to another jazz legend as a bit of an Easter egg (Dizzy Gillespie and Duke Ellington played together...)
During the scene where Epstein is explaining the potential new Yellow Sumarine project, the George Harrison character says "I'll be leaving now" when it's suggested he may have to act again. This line is mirrored during Peter Jackson's Get Back when the real George Harrison decides to quit the group.
