Well acted movie which developes quietly, avoiding for the most part the easy and too trivial emotional outbursts. The tone is instead lightly humorous. A few nice and clever moments, mostly presented in the form of flashbacks, convey the message: we are better than what we look like, but it takes pain and effort to find out.
