A comedy with no laughs and a lack of chemistry between the husband and wife chatacters made this movie hard going. As for Scott's abysmal performance was tired and emotionless. Kristy was slightly better but seemed to lack any sense of commitment-felt like she was there in body but not in spirit. The kids were OK but I think they were let down by a confused script.

Lacklustre movie.

Acting was fun by the children. Although not professional. Baio and Swanson lack any sort of chemistry between them as husband and wife. The story has been done a thousand times. 2 stars for effort. Maybe if the budget was bigger the actors would have been also. It's a no from me.

This reminded me of the horrible direct to video films that were made in the 1980s. We couldn't even make it past the first thirty minutes.

Pathetic excuse for acting in this "movie". I have seen better acting at high school plays. Bail is the major draw in this one...and he lays a major start in this performance. This is what happens when you spend too much time propping a disaster of a president in DJT.

Cute movie, funny enough and i am able to watch it with my kids without being afraid of nudity or bad language.

Very refreshing to watch a family movie where the acting is superb by seasoned and well loved actors Scott Baio and Kristy Swanson AND their younger up and coming castmates. I LOVE the timing and execution of well placed comedy throughout the movie. The movie can be enjoyed and appreciated by viewers of all ages. Bravo! to everyone involved in the making of "Courting Mom and Dad." More movies like this, please.
