Just because it was inspired by Oggy doesn't mean it's all bad. I watched this on Peacock and it was a blast. It is goofy, wacky and the settings of the episodes remind me of the Mickey Mouse 2013 show. It also used to have a overused thing where every sound a character made was a stock sound effect (This reminds me of the Tom and Jerry Show for some reason.) But now it's just original voice actors, though even in early episodes, original voice lines could be heard. A lot of original stuff is in the episodes, like, for example, the designs, the fact that the dogs actually BARK like real dogs in some episodes, or sometimes act like dogs. Overall, extremely underrated, this show needs a lot more credit in my opinion.
