Bjørn and Karla have moved to Klitmøller to get some peace and quiet while they try to get pregnant. But it's not that easy, and their sex life begins to suffer under the pressure. So when Bjørn's best friend, Mads-Emil, and his girlfriend, Simone, come to visit with all their new-in-love wildness, it sets things in motion. Is there something wrong with him when he can't make Karla come, and could a change of partner be the answer to all his problems? All the while, Mads-Emil frantically tries to keep his past with Karla and local surfer babe Chloe a secret from Simone.

The day has come when Bjørn will present the idea of the change of partner to Simone. He has planned it all and is taking Mads-Emil out with him to shop for the big night. Meanwhile, Simone is out taking pictures of Chloe, which worries Mads-Emil. Does Chloe ever intend to reveal how she and Mads-Emil know each other?

After a visit to Karla's doctor father, Mikael, it is decided that Bjørn must submit a sperm sample; they have to find out if he is the reason why Karla is not pregnant yet.
