Or, more exactly, real creepy. A perspective about Santa not comfortable, weird in profound sense but not so surprising. Because the film reflects many fears of children in the period of Christmas, the collision between the good Santa and the bad Krampus, the sleep as key for the expected gifts and , sure, not the last, the precious lesson about tension in family and the force of nightmares to transform reality. So, good performances, profound creepy short horror.

The imagination of a young boy gets the best of him...as he is tormented by a monstrous Santa Claus in his sleep, on Christmas Eve.

He keeps thinking his parents have been murdered, only to find that it was all just a dream.

At least, until he gets a rude awakening, on Christmas day, the following morning.

The whole film is just over 6 minutes long, and is rather simple in it's construction.

But the Santa-monster is pretty badass, which is definitely the selling point for this holiday themed horror short.

Because, it is, otherwise, really quite basic.

But worth the watch if you are looking for something short and sweet to feed your Christmas horror fix.
