This show is really weird. It feels like it was made by students for a school project. Something with the dialogue is bad, most of the time the acting sucks, and the FBI seems like bunch of amateurs.

I kept on watching just because the idea of plot has some promise. Execution was really bad in so many ways.

If you dont have anything better to do give it a go.

Was interesting but boy are there huge plot holes which made it difficult to really get into. Still worth watching if in lockdown.

I checked this show out because I was bored and I was pleasantly surprised. While it was far from amazing it was clever enough to keep my attention. The plot is a bit confusing at times but I think that was the intention. I honestly kept watching because I wanted to know what happened next. It has a lot of actors that I recognize from other shows which was interesting. If you're looking for something different to watch I would highly suggest you check this out.

If you want to listen lots of eerie buzzing drone music with two notes for hours, just throw a book and kitty on the synth keyboard, do not create a TV show for this purpose. It is absolutely unwatchable. All the good dialogs, if any, are just wasted in the unbearable bzzzz woooooo pshhhhh pfffff which those creators called 'music' or 'sound effect'. Who does that? 20 minutes in Ep.1 and that's enough for me.

I will start off by saying that when I gave this show a chance it was really enjoyable, however it takes some patience. Let's start with the story, I won't spoil it as the mystery and that "what the heck is going on?" feeling helps drive the plot and keep you watching. I will say that it a unique idea and once everything is revealed I was already drawn into the characters. My main complain is that while the story is interesting it was not executed properly and there are a lot of moments that believe could have been improved. Also while the mystery keeps you entertained there were some times that I found myself just wishing for answers.

The cast is amazing. With heavy hitters like Titus Welliver, Dean Norris and Michel Gil it's no surprise that the acting was decent. However some of the unknowns really did a great job as well. Marci Miller as the grieving wife of our lead and Jonathan Camp's conspiracy theory believing FBI agent were the two I was most impressed with. The writing has some issues and some of the dialogue is right out of a soap, but the cast did a solid job with what they had.

Quality wise, it's no HBO but it's on par with most of what I've seen on cable. There were a few bit where you could tell the CGI was pushing the budget but nothing that pulled me out completely.

Overall it's a show that's good but not great but worth the watch if you enjoy dramatic mysteries with a bit of tension.

It is not often I stop watching a serie after watching the first couple of episodes. Nova Vita's bad acting surprises me and I just felt I had to start watching something else.

I was so excited to watch this series after seeing the trailer and it did not let me down. Nova Vita has an incredibly unique storyline that left me on the edge of my seat throughout every episode. Its impressive cast and captivating storyline make it a must watch series!

Can anyone tell me where I can watch this show? I'm having the hardest time ever trying to find it... And I love Marci Miller, so I really wanna find it.

This show would, in my opinion, do much better if they kept it a bit closer to realism. The plot could have been really great, and even a classic. But then they would have to invest the time and effort to really think it through and tighten it up. They make quite a few assuptions made that really underestimate the intelligence of the viewers, and it becomes a bit to "simple". For example, the whole memory loss plot could open op for a lot of internal struggles, emotions and whatnot, but ends up being numb and self repeating as the character just stumbles around with a permanent dumbfoud expression.

In my opinion, these are examples of improvements that would have massivel improved this show:

1) The writers should stop using asspumtions about technology (and surgery) that are simply too unrealistic. Ex: Check plots with real subject matter experts. No, you can't totally replace an entire face and have all facial muscle and mimics work perfectly. No, you can't simply use a some widget to video- and audio-bug literally anything anywhere.

2) The writers should stop using old cliches such as FBI agents being total morons (except one) and FBI bosses being stupid a-holes who refuse to believe even the most obvious discoveries. Tip: Work with investigators to shape more realistic characters.

3) Resist the temptation to play the "conspiracy-card", referring the entire plot up to a massive "super-organizatioin" with endless and invisible power and reach. At least if you go that way, make sure the conspiracy is interesting and believable, not just an excuse to make unrealistic plot-cheats. I think more viewers are getting bored of villains having the ability to wire-tap any device, anywhere with a single click, or hack in anywhere in 5 seconds, or GPS trace anyone, anywhere with a single click. It's to banale! Try to tell this story without the "super-organization conspiracy" on top, that seem to have technological super-powers to basically do whatever they want. Try to tell it with a "Nova Vita" company with more limited and realistic resources fighting their battle. They would have to make an effort to pull off all the cover-ups and manouvers. It's probably more difficult to write this, but it would make the story more balanced, interesting and exciting to watch.

The show has a certain ambience, which is played well by the female character and the main FBI agent (as well as certain other characters) but the male main character is unfortunately left to walk around looking confused all the time, even though he is supposed to be really intelligent. I think they casted the wrong guy for that role. Very little chemistry going on here.. The female main character , however, should have played a stronger part. It would give the show a better tension. She became a bit one-dimensional in the long run. Even so, she did, somehow, tie this story together.

Anyway. This critisizm aside. Believe it or not, there is a certain drive here in the storytelling that make you want to keep watching.

Bingeworthy if you are bored, but somewhat unfulfilled show. I still end up giving it a 7. It brings a plot that is a bit different than usual, it keeps up a pace from episode to episode and good photoshooting. I did enjoy it, after all, and would want to see season 2.

The story line starts off as deep especially for Nova Vita being painted as this powerful company, BUT loses the plot towards the ending and really starts getting boring and annoying. How the powerful Nova Vita company turns from a lion to a scared little kitten.

Thomas Beaudoin and Dean Norris are amazing in this!!! The casting couldnt be better. Nova Vita has interesting characters and a crazy plot. I binge watched the whole thing in 2 days.

If you love plastic, it's fantastic.

Even good actors fail in this masterpiece.

Do not bother.

Acting is so bad that it is more interesting to see paint dry.

Could not even finish the first episode. The tempo, the dialogue, everything is off.

Bit plastic and some "to much" in some scenes, but still a 6. Can't stop, need to know feeling after episode 3!

I was intrigued as soon as I heard about this show. My friend recommended it to me and I instantly knew I would love it. It reminds me of a modern day take of the Count of Monte Christo, full of deception and slow burning action. This show did not disappoint! The plot constantly had me on the edge of my seat and the actors had me always engaged. I highly recommend this show and i hope it comes back for many more seasons.

I liked. Some people say it's bad iwatch all episodes and I enjoyed.

A powerful performance from great actors. I randomly came across this series and started it without knowing anything about it. The plot drew me in instantly and I can honestly say that I loved it. Overall, I would rate it a 10/10 and recommend it to anyone looking for a good drama to watch.

If you can name at least 3 good things about this show, you will get anything in this life. Seriously, this show is so bad at everything that even Netflix wouldn't release that.

Don't waste your time on this. Do something else, anything is better than this.
