The biggest dream of Ali Vefa, a genius with savant syndrome, is to become a doctor. He leaves the provincial city where he lives and sets out to start working as a Surgery Department Assistant at Istanbul Berhayat Hospital, where his spiritual father, Adil Erinc, is the Chief Physician.

Trying to adapt to his new life, Ali learns a painful lesson and feels betrayed. A young couple's decision on their unborn child starts a legal battle in the hospital and divides the board in two. As time rinses, Ferman and Beliz come to the brink of an insurmountable abyss.

While Ali and Nazli try rescuing a patient by procuring an organ from the donor of another hospital, Belize urges Ferman take on Tanju's surgery which would decide the hospital's fate. will Ali be able to save the patient.

Everyone in the hospital, from the ambulance driver to the chief physician, is on the ball. This means throwing Beliz and the hospital, whose economic situation has just improved, into the fire.
