The film takes on an important subject of surrogacy in a comic yet effective way, the film may falter in the end with a typical bollywood formula of a safe ending but still the film manages to impress.
The plot of the film is good and execution is superb, the film depicts the tale of a girl who is often ridiculed and shames by the society and neighborhood because of her lifestyle the way she carries herself and mainly because she is an unwed mother. One day a boy enters in the same society and has the same feelings for the girl but does his feelings changes for the girl? Who is the father of the unborn baby? Does the perspective of the society changes? To get to know all this you've to watch the film.
The screenplay of the film is gripping and will keep you glued, the comic scenes works in the favor of the film. The climax disappoints a little as it seems that the director was in a hurry to end the film and with a little elaborated climax the film could've been little more impressive.
Acting in the film is superb and both Patralekha and Divyendu were very impressive, Divyendu deserves more recognition in Hindi cinema. Support characters were also very impressive.
One of the most underrated and entertaining film. A must watch.
