Countdown to Murder

I just watched it, and I enjoyed it. But the murder plots are complicated enough, that it would be helpful if they did flashback recaps.

4/10 - the absolutely most disappointing Hallmark Movies & Mysteries Original yet

Typical Hallmark formula, only worse. The only reason it didn't get a lower score was because she didn't kick a gun out of the perp's hand after the confession. Something equally stupid but different so that was worth a point.

I do like this series , but when they are staking out the suspect , she has her car interior lights on , and then he is taking pictures of other suspects with a flash , ( this is all at night , just outsice the suspects house ) ,

I love Holly Robinson and have since her 21 Jump street days. It is amusing to me that all of these years later she is starring in a show set in my home town of Seattle.

In this episode of Morning Show Mysteries, Fairweather market owner, Art, is murdered in his own establishment. Our beloved chef and reporter, Billie Blessings, grew up knowing Art as he was friends with her father. When the Morning Show doesn't receive it's delivery and neither does the restaurant...Billie heads to Fairweather Market where Ian is already investigating the murder.

Billie's aunt Cassandra is still meddling in her love life and along with Ian's daughter Emma sign Ian and Billie up for salsa dance lessons in preparation for a salsa festival.

"Girl, I been married three times, I'm an expert."-Cassandra

Art's children Jay and Tess are friends with Billie and at least Jay thinks that Edmund is responsible for their father's death as their was a children's toy was found with the body and was something they fought over. When Edmund appears to be killed and another toy shows up...the question becomes will there be more murders? And why?

Good procedural mystery, but it has a ways to go to break in to my top Hallmark Mystery Series: Hannah Swensen's Murder She Baked, Aurora Teagarden, and Mystery 101.
