We enjoyed the first season of "Drzavni sluzbenik" on RTL in Croatia. It's an exciting story, the script is great, the directing could have been better. But the actors are really great, they follow their characters, they follow the story and we can't wait for the sequel. The company had fun.

8/10 The authors set the story well, but the director's courage is lacking. The characters are so beautifully written that viewers can be easily identified. The first season is very good. Hopefully the Se2 won't be any worse. Directors wake up!

I binged 11 episodes in 2 days with my dad, that says it all i guess. It is very interesting and exciting tv show. It is realistic, with a sprinkle of James Bond like moments, and shows how Secret Services work. I would really reccomend watching it without a doubt. I promise you wont be dissapointed.

It was very original and unique tv show to watch. I hope there is season 2.

Excellent series. Some people may not like it because there is no "super spies" in it and Americans as well as Russians are equally corrupted. Instead, it shows Serbian secret service and all political games behind it just as it is. Cruel but real.

First two episodes are great. Great acting, scenario... everything. I hope production team will continue in same way. Along with Besa, this is big refreshement for Serbian cinema.

It isn't far behind some of the world famous series. If it was made in English, the series would have been known all over the world.

In India 1st season is on Hotstar + Disney...This is an excellent realistic spy thriller. In Serbian / Hindi language...waiting for season 2. Not something to be missed at all.

Not that bad, but the main character is the worst person ever, not charismatic at all and very hard to connect with emotionally, another actor might have done it better. Made it hard to watch although the plot was somewhat interesting.

There is something common among all TV series, first season is good, then every next season is worse than previous one. This is totally different, the second season is a masterpiece. Above all expectations, this is something best I have ever watched. Lazar is main character and Milan Maric did a brilliant job, i'm not shure that anyone could do it better than him. Great plot, great characters, so exciting to watch. I fully recommend!

Drzavni Sluzbenik pretends to be a "brave" spy thriller but carefully avoids criticizing the actual government. Instead, it presents the opposition, independent media, and activists as dangerous or corrupt, while glorifying secret services as defenders of stability. In a country with state-controlled media and no real press freedom, this serves as propaganda, giving an illusion of "neutrality" while protecting those in power.

The show tries to explain politics here without ever mentioning the president or ruling party in any context, even though they are the alpha and omega of this country.

Other than that, the show has good cinematography, average actors, and a Hollywood-like predictable storyline.

I am speechless after watching both seasons in 3 days. Simply masterpiece of Serbian cinematography. Strongly recommending for all who likes thriller/action genres. All of these negative comments on the show are simply jealous people or just not thriller fans. Congratulations to all participants and can't wait for the 3rd season. Bravo.

Amazing tv show with amazing actors. The characters were done phenomenally, the show has its own story. The first season was great, the second even better! Milan Maric, Nikola Rakocevic, Zarko Lausevic and Nenad Jezdic performed their characters masterfully. Good job done here! We are waiting for the third season!

As a viewer from Serbia, it is simply unbelievable that such a series can be found in our country. So much detail has been paid attention to that it's just amazing. The series is a 10/10 embroidery talk and can be compared and competed globally.

First 2 seasons were perfect! It was finally something made in Serbia ( after the black sun tv show) that was something that I actually liked... but then came third season and it was just off, mostly dialogs that are just basic and disappointed, the characters went from great to dull ... i really hope that next season will be better , because this one was just disappointing.

I really have to praise Serbian cinematography because 'Civil Servant' truly shows how much talent and potential we have. The lead actors are phenomenal, they all did an amazing job and really bring the series to life. I love seeing projects like this because it shows that we have a lot to offer on the global stage. I hope there will be more series like this! The quality of the writing, direction, and performances really sets a high bar for future projects. It's exciting to see Serbian series gaining recognition, and I can't wait to see what comes next. This is a great step forward for Serbian TV.

In my opinion the acting is really bad to say it nicely. The whole series is just annoying and not interesting at all. The writing seems like some 12-year old wrote it just to get that grade to pass the class. The main character is really weird and I dislike his acting skills because they are just not enough to be honest. Also I saw that this guy is literally having internet fights with people on Twitter and he is kinda bullying and insulting them if they have a different opinion than he(?). So this makes him in the show look even worse, beside his bad acting, where my 7-year old nephew could do better.
