Alice is practical. When Ralph thinks he has inherited a load of money, she tells him to take it easy. Ralph has created a corporation and promised Ed 30% of its earnings. So when the big guy thinks he is going to get 40 million dollars, he begins to think of ways to cheat Norton. The person who has died is an elderly lady who used to ride Ralph's bus. He was kind to her, so she put him in the will. Well, the best laid plans. We know he isn't going to be a millionaire so forget that. The conclusion is about what is expected. Still, watching the dynamics of Gleason and Carney makes it worth your time.

One of the best of the 39 classics. Plot knits characters together with a comedic ending

Catch that opening banter on the park bench. It's a real hoot, or should I say a real Sapsucker. Gleason had to be a strong ego to share laughs with Carney the way he does. I expect he and Meadows could have carried the show on their own. But Carney's goofy presence and chemistry with the fat guy makes the series special.

Here, Ralph decides his big ideas are worthy of becoming a corporation with him as president. Of course, Ed manages to get named vice president, all of which means nothing since that's what Ralph's got, (except for the treasure of Alice). But then a bus passenger that Ralph's regularly assisted dies leaving an estate of $40 million, and Ralph's included in the will. You can imagine his reaction. Now Norton thinks he's in for a share thanks to Kramden Inc. Anyhow the entry ends in a really good upshot that I wasn't expecting. All in all, it's a typically well crafted and funny 30-minutes.
