Fotis' house, where the team usually gathered, actually belonged to actor Michalis Marinos (who plays Alexis Stergiou in the series).
The red car which belongs to Spyros in the series, actually belongs to the actress Angeliki Lambri (who plays Aggela in the series), while the green car that is driven by Fotis, played by Argyris Angelou, was the actor's actual car as well.
When Giorgos Kapoutzidis was thinking about the main characters (before any casting was made) he was considering to play the role of Fotis (instead of the role of Spyros) because he admits that he has more in common with that character.
Serie's original title was "Ta matia sas 14", but the final title "Sto para 5" was adopted, an idea by
Argyris Angelou.
The name Theopoula, although it sounds strange, is an actual name. In fact, writer/actor of the series Giorgos Kapoutzidis knew a woman with that name, who happened to be a friend of his grandmother (as is Theopoula in the series). However, Kapoutzidis admits that the real Theopoula was nothing like her homonymous "wacky" character of the series.
