Pacatelas really brought out the best in a Mexico that was living through difficult times due to the problems and changes both social and televised that it was experiencing, in a time where Mexico City suffered a lot of violence and uncertainty Paco Stanley, Mario Bezares, Lourdes Deschamps, Benito Castro, the Palafox Brothers and their musical group made the afternoons of Channel 2 a great time to de-stress an entire country, in that program they invented dances that went viral at that time such as El Gallinazo and El Cangrejito Playero, there were things that did not age well but it does not take away from the fact that the program is fun the only way it ended was because of the change of Administration after the death of the founder of Televisa Emilio Azcarraga Milmo because his son Emilio Azcarraga Jean was looking for new blood and then canceled the program and kicked Paco Stanley out of Televisa who would go to be Una Tras Otra with even much more success than Pacatelas, hopefully Vix uploads all its episodes if there are not problem.
