I always check IMDb before i watch a movie. Some of the reviews on this site almost caused me to not watch this movie. I am glad i overlooked the negative commentary. Many people have said that they copy old action movies..... aren't they all copies with different characters.

Anyhow the movie is about a group of U.S. soldiers who are being pursued by some guy named Max in the CIA. Well, i was very confused... Who is this max? Why does he want them dead? This is never explained or i missed it.

Anyhow the team are framed for the murder of 25 children and are fugitives from the U.S. they are given an opportunity by this girl who seems devious right from the beginning.

But to put it short, its worth watching. The characters are original and the guy with the glasses needs to be in more movies. He basically made the movie for me and was comical the whole way threw. His lines seemed a lot less cheesy.

Overall, a good action/comedy. Id give it..... 7 out of 10. It lacks a little bit of excitement.

The Losers delivers a great deal of pleasure. It was witty, funny, interesting and a marvelous watch. This comedy is like a parody of hardcore action films, so don't expect any mind-blowing depth. Just go with the flow. It's fun.

I hadn't any significant expectations for this movie, so the enjoyment was even bigger. At times the plot might be a bit predictable but that doesn't disturb the ride at all. It's got fast pace, entertaining action scenes and it's fun. Fun is the word here. The cast was brilliant, as well. Zoe Saldana was great as always. And for the first time i felt that Chris Evans (Push-junk and Fantasticless 4) did a good job. The villain was a bit weak though. But descent acting carried the movie for the whole time. All you need.

As long as you don't take it seriously, it is brilliant and you won't be disappointed. Shoot 'em up!

Will someone please put Jeffrey Dean Morgan in more intelligent dark humor action leads? He is just amazing as a charming rogue leader of the marry band, and Chris Evans is an unexpected comic relief with nuanced performance and expansive range of acting.

Interesting take on comic book based action flick. It never looses a momentum or pace, it's through and through fun, but if you pay a bit of attention, you will see darker undercurrents and rather deep connotations. Well directed, well paced and entertaining all the way through.

There is no pretense here, but that's why the depth of characters and the story comes through in those shining moments. This would be action flick for cool guys and thinking girls.

Well don't know how i didn't knew about this movie that come out 10y ago, and i found out about it today.

Good action movie, fun and entertaining , and what else do you need from it. It had also very good music in background, some nice hard songs,

Also very nice bunch of actors, i mean Saldana should be enough but thrs Elba too, so all in all it was good discovery for me to find this today when we lack a good movies in 2020 n 21

In contrast to what many others have felt towards 'The Losers', it didn't quite work for me. Yes, clichés are expected in action movies but I expect at least some entertainment and some kind of refreshment, either in the form of action sequences, story or humour. At best, 'The Losers' is your average action flick. Aside from being far from memorable, there is nothing that particularly stands out. Even the dialogue is clichéd and the humour fails to work. The actors are stuck with typical action roles. For example. J.D. Morgan is the stereotypical leader, Zoe Saldana the kickass action heroine who will at some point turn against the group and who didn't know that one of the five was a 'double agent'? I must give Saldana some credits for doing her own stunts no matter how skinny she is. Jason Patric's portrayal of Max has got to be one of the worst performances in a villainous roles. I must add that the final sequences are marginally better than the rest of the movie. Overall, 'The Losers' has nothing new to offer and it failed to keep me entertained for its duration.
