Resumen
Reviewers say 'Lilo & Stitch 2: Stitch Has a Glitch' is cherished for its heartwarming themes and faithful animation. The voice acting, especially Chris Sanders as Stitch, is lauded. The engaging storyline involving Stitch's glitch is appreciated, though some wish for a longer runtime and deeper subplots. Dakota Fanning's Lilo receives mixed feedback, but the film is generally viewed as a decent sequel that appeals to fans of the original.

When I first heard about Lilo and Stitch, I had no idea what it was, but after watching the movie at my cousin's house, I practically fell in love with the animation. I was glad to find out as well that it became one of those movies that had continuances. The bad part about such continuances is that sometimes they change things which in my opinion, for movies should remain the same.
Although my brother did not notice any difference, I could tell immediately that Lilo's voice had changed in Lilo and Stitch 2. If you do an IMDb search you will find that it is in fact, two different people who play the voice of Lilo. This was an ultimate downfall. Plus, the movie was not very long. Although, on the upside, the plot is pretty good and so is the animation. If you are a true Lilo and Stitch fan like me though, you'll see it whether others say it's good or bad.

I think that the original Lilo and Stitch is the best animated movie ever made. I was 19 when the original came out as well. When I heard about Stitch! The Movie I was skeptical, but that was basically just a two-hour long episode of the show they were planning (which is quite funny, albeit the animation is not up to par). But, when this movie was announced I was really worried. How were they going to stick a movie in the movie of two established time periods? Well, I was *very* impressed with the animation, but at only 68 minutes long, I knew from the start this movie was going to be a let-down. I thought it was quite funny, but it could have been so much more. Chris Sanders is hilarious, I'm not sure why he hasn't demanded that he has more to do with this series and not just Stitch's voice. I also have *no* idea why Daveign Chase (the original Lilo) did not play her in this movie. It's never been explained why. Dakoda Fanning did a great job, but Chase is already doing Lilo's voice for the TV show and everyone else reprised their roles. All in all, the jokes they did do were very clever, but the plot could have been stretched out into a longer movie.
Definitively better than 'Stitch! The Movie', though 'Lilo & Stitch 2: Stitch Has a Glitch' is still a pretty disappointing sequel.
The premise is uneven, everything involving Stitch and his glitch is actually quite good. However, they drag that out in order to add some stuff with Nani/David and Lilo herself, all of which isn't at all interesting; though there is, at least, a bit of heart in the way Lilo's storyline ends.
Speaking of Lilo, Dakota Fanning replaces Daveigh Chase in the role. Fanning is solid if a little more wooden, Chase's voice feels more natural. Chris Sanders gives an amusing performance as Stitch, while none of the others stand out all that much.
Still way inferior to 2002's 'Lilo & Stitch', but thankfully it doesn't turn into pure toilet viewing like many other straight-to-video sequels from this studio.

I saw Lilo & Stitch 2 with my little brother while we were traveling in the car and I found that it was really good. It had a lot of funny moments in it and the ending had a really good message to it.
I thought that this movie would be kind of like Stitch the Movie which had the sole purpose of kicking off the series and not that great of a plot. I found however that the story was a lot better, they had some pretty good subplots to it, and it was both funny and poignant.
I would recommend this movie for many people, though it does have an appropriate "PG" rating, but I only give it eight out of ten stars because it just wasn't good enough to get the tenth star.

Pulling back to the style of the original movie and less like the series, it's less sci-fi adventure and more of a standard drama with some soapy elements.
Much better than a direct to home media disney sequel has a right to be, though, I watched in only a couple of sittings.
Structurally, this does feel a bit stitched together (no pun intended) plotwise. The catalyst is that Stitch has...well... you know... and the plot is fuelled by misunderstanding but clearly Jumba knows what's going on; why doesn't he say anything?!
Stitch's internal conflict between his love for his Ohana and his programming could have been very engaging but that it's all just a glitch negates much of any thematic richness we could have gotten from this.
Another theme just jammed in there is honoring our departed parents and it works well enough but that element is a little more abstract. A subplot where Plikli tries to help David court Nani isn't so bad but it feels like it would be more at place in an episode of the show.
Exotic, vibrant and with a fair bit of charming humor. The trailers made it look excruciating and while there is some almost-too-real awkwardness in there, the whole thing just about goes the distance.
Did I miss the voice of Daveigh Chase? Yeah... Fanning is not exactly the best actor but she does the character justice though one does get the impression that Lilo has aged about 7 years over-night.

¿Sabías que…?
- TriviaDaveigh Chase was unavailable to reprise her role as Lilo due to scheduling conflicts with Lilo & Stitch: La serie (2003), so she passed the role on to her best friend Dakota Fanning.
- ErroresWhen Nani slams on the car brakes to prevent it from falling over the cliff, you can clearly see that the gas pedal and the clutch pedal are on the wrong sides. The gas pedal is to the left of the break pedal and the clutch pedal is to the right of it, they should be on the opposite sides, even though the driver's seat is on the left hand side of the car.
