Melissa: Stop, okay?
[gets up and starts walking]
Melissa: You don't owe me an explanation.
[Jackson gets up and follows her]
Melissa: Just because I have feelings for you doesn't mean you have to feel the same way.
Jackson: [stepping in front of her] But I do.

Eric: [about the water carrying job Jackson gave him] He's got me lugging water from leech infested jungle all the way to the fire pit. I mean, what am I? Some kind of camel?

Jackson: You said I don't belong at your school because I come from a "totally different world."
Nathan: But I didn't mean it!

Taylor: [after hearing that they found somebody in the jungle] Are we rescued?

Daley: We've done our best and no matter what happens, we have to remember that.

Eric: Now we're gonna shoot the scene when you single-handedly keep the plane from getting washed into the ocean...
Taylor: Wait! Isn't that like fake? Shouldn't I use both hands?

Daley: [mad at Nathan after they had been fighting over who would be leader] Was Nathan this inflexible when you two went out?
Taylor: Worse, he couldn't even touch his toes.

Nathan: I've never killed anything! Except for a fish. But that's different! Except for the fish...

Eric: [after Melissa gave him an allergy shot] Was that a dream, or did you just stab me in the freakin leg?

Jackson: [after Melissa Read the Soldiers letter] I dont want somebody to read a letter about what happened to us 60 years from now. I want to tell them my self.

Taylor: There is not enough room in that grungy dungeon for me, a bunch of hygene impaired boys, and the smell of toe jam! Build a Shelter!
Daley: [to Lex, who is working on plans for the shelter] Grungy Dungeon?
Lex: I really hope this works.

Melissa: [walking up to Jackson] Hi...
Jackson: [stands up] Oh, hey. I uhh...
[pulls her tape out of his pocket]
Jackson: got something for you.
[Melissa takes it]
Jackson: You should probably keep that in a safe place.
Melissa: Oh I will.
[looking all embarrassed]
Jackson: Listen, um, since we all have to live with each other here, I think... it'd be kinda weird for any of us to get, you know.
Melissa: [nodding] Yeah, it's okay. Just forget this happened, I'm so embarrassed. I know we're just friends.
[walks away]
Jackson: [calling after her] But maybe when -
[Melissa stops]
Jackson: we get back home, I could... give you a call or something.
Melissa: [smiles and turns back around, shrugging] Yeah, I'd like that.
Jackson: [smiles] Give me a hand here?
[Melissa nods]
Jackson: Alright.
[He hands her coconuts and they finish laying them out on the beach to form the word 'help']

Daley: Okay, who lit a fire outside the pit?
Melissa: It was a candle. If Jackson wasn't all ga-ga over Abby, he wouldn't have kicked it over...
Jackson: I'm not "ga-ga" over Abby.
