Passable dramatic thriller with plenty of twists and turns ; being confusingly developed . Mystery , drama , intrigue about bizarre facts happen a Guardia Civil/actor (Gustavo Salmeron) , his wife (Goya Toledo) and a sculptor/filmmaker (Jose Coronado) interrelated each other by dark fates . The film deals with a Guardia Civil , Gustavo Salmeron, being transported by a warp time into other dimension where becomes an actor shooting a film whose director is Jose Coronado . Amid the chaos, he finds several surprises here and there . There is a strange premise developed along the movie , this is : What would you do if you found out your life is a movie? .

The film contains mysterious events , drama , plot twists , a bit of comedy and , adding tense sequences especially in its final part in an unexpected denouement. Fantasy thriller filled with surprises and being regularly realized . The original as well as fantastic idea about a man transported another dimension is overspread throughout the movie , but not totally satisfactory , including conventional pitfalls . Other main excitements about the picture , will be in the intervention of a good plethora of Spanish actors who realize professionally competent interpretations such as Gustavo Salmeron , Goya Toledo and Jose Coronado . The support cast is pretty good such as Rocio Muñoz , Enrique Villen , Elia Galera and a newcomer and nowadays successful actress , Maria Valverde , as Jose Coronado's daughter .

Colorful ad well as evocative cinematography by Jose Gonzalo . The picture was produced in medium budget by Eduardo Campoy . Eduardo is a winner producer of various hits such as ¨The girl of your dreams¨ or ¨La Niña De Tus Ojos¨, ¨Sin Noticias de Dios¨, ¨Corazon de Guerrero¨, ¨Pasion Turca¨ , ¨Teta and Luna¨, Baton Rouge¨ and occasionally director such as ¨Al Limite¨, and ¨A Solas Contigo¨ . The motion picture was professionally realized by Vicente Peñarrocha at his first film , though has flaws and gaps , being some moments embarrassing . Vicente subsequently would direct series and episodes for TV , such as ¨La Fuga¨, ¨Angel o Demonio¨ and ¨Sin Tetas no hay Paraiso¨.

If you want my advice, try not to let anyone tell you what the plot is about. I think it's basic that the viewer must be surprised by the events happening in the film so as to enjoy it as much as possible.

Thus, I won't say anything about the plot except that it contains a bunch of very welcome twists that match perfectly so as to create a well balanced dramatic thriller.

The main character is played by Gustavo Salmerón, who's been a fine actor in the past (specially in "El rey del río" or "Más que amor, frenesí", but who might develop (or so they say)a much more interesting career as a director. I had mixed feelings towards his performance here, but it's probably because I found it hard to discern whether certain characteristics in his diction belonged to the actor or the character. I found the supporting cast more satisfying, specially José Coronado, who is excellent in his dual role.

Technically the film is outstanding, with an excellent use of lighting and music in each of the parts of the story. Newcomer screenwriter/director Vicente Peñarrocha has made a very interesting first work, so it will be interesting to see what he will be bringing in the future.
