I hadn't seen this show but I've heard stuff about it and it's really crude. I mean a guy pierced his penis and an other guy pierced his scrotum. They are wild and hurt each other a lot I mean Pancho fell asleep and they shaved the top of his head. Puke and Pubic hair pizza was kinda wild, someguy talking a bath with worms and a guy puking on his face is way too much. Jackass fans will love it, I loved Jackass but this one got too extreme at times.
I need to be honest. I watched and enjoy this show because it was gross, offensive, hilarious, and raunchy. Yeah, there is a lot of humor for all tastes. If you are into the kind of humor that deals with making fun of people falling from skateboards, for example then you will have a great time for it.
Or, if you enjoy people on extreme stunt actions going bad, you will also have a great time. And if you enjoy scatological humor and extreme situations oh , you will enjoy the show.
I enjoy all three kinds of humor that "Dirty Sànchez" offers. I like to have a hard laugh with the situations of the show. "Jackass" is like a walk in the park compared to this one. So if you are tired of the typical American stupidity of Jackass, give it a try to English extreme stupidity on this show. With all due respect.
This is a show that has little taste or class. It's not recommended for those who are easily offended or grossed out.
Now, these guys need to see a psychologist. Specially the Paco character.

Don't watch this is you are at all squeamish. Or a woman. This is man's stuff.
Dirty Sanchez does go further than Jackass in terms of stunts, but that is not all. The characters in it are a lot more personable. You feel like you get to know them as the series goes on. Not that you would want to know them in real life! Pritchard and Dainton are simply psychos, trying to better each other and go further every time. Pancho is not far off them. He certainly betters them at drinking. Dan Joyce, on the other hand, keeps away from the more painful aspects - just watching and laughing - but seems to take joy in using his bodily fluids for different reasons. Is this the difference between Wales and England?
While some stunts are stomach churning (staple through ear, burning match in penis, pube-pizza) and painful (naked paintballing) some are just funny, like what they put a passed out Pancho through every night.
This is a must watch for anyone who has seen and enjoyed Jackass. I guarantee that you will prefer Dirty Sanchez.

I have to differ with the other commenters here and say that Dirty Sanchez is not only less original and less varied, but also less clever and much less funny than Jackass. Jackass was primarily a comedy/prank show which occasionally used painful/degrading/humiliating stunts as a vehicle for the comedy. The mos sidesplitting bits in Jackass (the dildo in the trousers, Daddy & baby, visiting Mianus, senile kleptomaniac) often involved nobody getting hurt or puked upon. Dirty Sanchez, by contrast, is primarily a stunt show where the guys try to hurt and disgust themselves and each other as much as possible. The consequent laughs appear almost incidental. In this aspect, Dirty Sanchez is more similar to the duller bits in Jackass the Movie, right down to the endless and unjustified guffawing of the guys at their own unfunny jokes. In Jackass everything is far more structured and planned out, and clearly a lot more thought went into it. The difference in intelligence is striking. Perhaps it's simply the smaller budget of the Welsh program, but I doubt it.
Dirty Sanchez is the more extreme, British version of Jackass in which the four boys (Pritchard, Dainton, Joycey and Pancho) go to great lengths to hurt and humiliate each other. The reason this show is better than Jackass is because most of the stunts are not planned which makes the reaction much more funny. There are 3 series of the show, the first follows them around and takes a long look at their lives eg. there's an episode on their love lives, jobs etc. The second series sends the boys to try out different occupations. The third follows their European tour. It seems that the boys get more and more daring as the show progresses through the series. In my opinion the third series is the best, but trust me when i say, if you have a week stomach DO NOT WATCH, as you are lightly to see a fair amount of blood and puke in every episode.
