Many Disney Channel actors have starred in multiple Disney Channel Original Movies (DCOMs). There is a lot of actor overlap between DCOMs, with actors often appearing in different roles or guest-starring in other major franchises. Some notable actors with multiple appearances in DCOMs include Raven-Symoné, Brenda Song, Corbin Bleu, Selena Gomez, Demi Lovato, and Dove Cameron.

Several actors have starred in multiple Disney Channel TV shows, but many have also starred in multiple Disney Channel original movies. A Disney Channel Original Movie (Dcom) is a TV movie that was distributed/released by and originally aired on Disney Channel. For this reason, films like The Lizzie McGuire Movie and Hannah Montana: The Movie, despite being based on Disney Channel shows, aren't considered DCOMs, as they were originally released in theaters. The theatrical release rule also applies to High School Musical 3: Senior Year, which was released in theaters.

Kim Possible was one of the most popular Disney Channel shows. In 2019, it even got a live-action film. But, when the show was a popular animated series, Kim Possible got two special events, Kim Possible: A Sitch In Time and Kim Possible: So The Drama. Each movie was filled with what fans loved about the show. However, which of the two was the better Kim Possible movie?

Both films had plenty to offer, but each had its own strengths from start to finish. Kim Possible: So The Drama acted as an action romance, with each holding significant parts of the plot. Meanwhile, Kim Possible: A Sitch In Time included more involvement from the villains and allowed them to work together while also allowing the rest of the supporting characters to get a bigger stake in the action.

Disney Channel’s live-action “Kim Possible” movie is bringing back some familiar faces.

Christy Carlson Romano and Patton Oswalt are both set to appear in the upcoming film. Romano, who voiced the titular teen super-spy in the original series, will appear in a cameo role, while Oswalt will play the villainous Professor Dementor, the same character he voiced in the show.

The movie, which is expected to debut in 2019, stars Sadie Stanley as Kim Possible and Sean Giambrone as Ron Stoppable. The rest of the cast includes Alyson Hannigan, Todd Stashwick, Taylor Ortega, Ciara Wilson, Erika Tham, Issac Ryan Brown, and Connie Ray.

The original series launched in 2002 and ran for 87 episodes, and was nominated for an Emmy in 2003 for outstanding animated program. It also inspired two animated Disney Channel movies, “Kim Possible Movie: So the Drama” and “Kim Possible: A Sitch in Time.”...
