A fun game for when there's nothing else to do

"F-Zero Maximum Velocity" isn't the best of the F-Zero Games, but it's not terrible. Every time I played it I had fun, but I had more fun playing F-Zero, F-Zero X, and F-Zero GX. F-Zero Maximum Velocity is good if you're a fan of F-Zero, and it's also good if you're travelling in the car and you happen to have your Gameboy and the game itself.

The game is also good for its characters. It has all the original characters and new ones as well.

The graphics and music aren't as good as the graphics for the F-Zeros for the newer consoles like the N64 and Game Cube, but the size is good for travelling Personally I think this game is just a little underrated. I think it deserves a 7.5/10 rather than a 6.6/10. Overall the game is good but it could have been a little better.

In the original Japanese version, the game title was originally called F-Zero For Gameboy Advance which also includes. -Most of the text is surprising in English even in the video credits although there is some Japanese text symbols next to the English course titles and hovercar selection and the Main Menu is in Japanese text. -2 of the original hovercars in the game were originally called Crazy Horse and Dirty Joker. -4 of the original racetracks were called East Ten Side, Laputan Colony, Clouds Carpet, Ancient Mare with Japanese text on the side. -The ending screenshots for 2 of the women drivers Jane B. Christie and Kumiko outfits features a more revealing low cut bikini outfit showing the upper breast section.
