- Tigger: What word? Is it carrotses?
- Rabbit: No!
- Tigger: Rutabagas?
- Rabbit: No.
- Tigger: Thingama-whatchama- higgity-jigs?
- Rabbit: That's not even a word.
- Tigger: Onomatopoeia? And that is a word.
- Rabbit: Why would you ever say that?
- Tigger: Why wouldn't you say it? Onomatopoeia, onomatopoeia, All I wanna be is an onomatopoeia!
- Rabbit: I don't understand. Roo was looking forward too...
- Narrator: Spring Cleaning Day was it?
- Rabbit: No. Easter. What have i done? Where are all my friends?
- Narrator: Friends you say? You surly didn't treat them like friends. Don't you remember?
- Rabbit: I'm sorry but i'm the Easter Bunny so i make the rules. It isn't fun it's Easter. I told you exactly what to do and you didn't do any of it!
- Narrator: You see Rabbit? You never thought about what your friends wanted. All you do was care for yourself.
- Rabbit: No i don't! Do i?
- Rabbit: Tigger would you please just leave?
- Tigger: Aw come on Rabbit. Aren't we ever gonna have another Eastery egg hunt?
- Rabbit: No! Not ever never! Never Again!
- Tigger: But you use to love Easter!
- Rabbit: Says who?
- Narrator: I beg your pardon Rabbit you did use to love Easter.
- Tigger: Yeah says him!
- Rabbit: I don't believe you. I don't believe either of you.
- Narrator: Then perhaps you shall see for yourself. Don't you remember what happened back at chapter three?
- Tigger: Hey that's it!
- Rabbit: What are you talking about?
- Tigger: Come on! I'll show ya!
- Narrator: So Tigger took Rabbit back in time into the past. Past chapters twenty three and twenty one.
- Tigger: Whew! It must be around here somewhere.
- Narrator: Just a bit farther back Tigger.
- Tigger: Oh muchi obligato Mr. Narrator Sir.
- Narrator: You're quite welcome.
- Rabbit: I most certainly do not miss Easter.
- Tigger: Oh but look look. You used to love being the Eastery Bunny. You were the head bunny in charge.
- Rabbit: Yes and that's why i liked it. But i certainly don't like it anymore.
- Tigger: But on a count of why?
- Rabbit: I had Roo's first Easter planed to perfection until you had to get involved.
- Tigger: I remember it like it was last year.
- Rabbit: It was only last year.
- Tigger: It's all coming back to me now.
- Rabbit: Every spring I look forward to one thing most of all being the Easter bunny. You took that away from me.
- Tigger: Well we never meant to hurt you Rabbit. We were just trying to give Roo a happy Easter. I mean didn't you want to give him a happy Easter too?
- Rabbit: Go away Tigger. I want to be alone.
- Tigger: Well i guess i'd better go tell Roo the bad news. We're never gonna have another Eastery egg hunt

- Tigger: again.
- Narrator: Rabbit?
- Rabbit: What? Why are you following me? What do you want?
- Narrator: Would you like to see more?
- Rabbit: No! I've seen enough. I want to go home.
- Narrator: Very well Rabbit. Go on then.
- Narrator: Ah there you are Rabbit. Welcome back to the present. We've been waiting for you.
- Rabbit: Home at last. This isn't my house. What on earth? Those look like Easter decorations. Where am i? This is Roo's house.
- Narrator: Why so it is. I must've stopped on the wrong page.
- Rabbit: You stopped here on purpose. Why did you do that?
