I was going thrugh a rough a very difficult phase in my life and reached a point when I didnt know what to do with it. Then I watched this film and I was taken on a journey of life time. To put it in words , it is as magnifiscent as Jitendera's underarms and as wattchable as Rekha's nostrils. Highly Recommended!!

Ladaai Directed By Deepak Shivdasani is An Action Drama. Script is Good. Screenplay is Excellent, Better in The Second Half. Direction is Brilliant If We Skip Few Minor Flaws. Editing is Bit Sloppy. Dialogues Are Fine.

Din Dayal Sharma(Old Mithun) is Out Of Prison After 18 Years. He Gets A Gun From Somewhere. Goes To Advocate Shakuntala(Rekha) House And Confronts Her That He Never Killed Sunderdas. He Was Innocent But She Proved Him Guilty And Was Sentenced Life Imprison & Then He Kills Himself.

She Hides His Death From Media. One Day She Finds Shera(Mithun). She Offers Him Job To Find Radheshayam(Satish Shah), Peter(Gulshan Grover) & Nisar Khan(Amrit Pal). These Three Were Responsible For Din Dayal Death. But They Are Killed By DDN. Who is DDN ? Watch It Youself.

Acting By Mithun, Rekha & Anupam Kher is Better Than Others. Dimple Kapadia(Biloo) Shera's Girlfriend is Fine. Aditya Pancholi(Amar) Shera's Younger Brother is OK.

Music By Annu Malik is Very Poor. No Good Song. Background Music By Viju Shah is Good.

A man is wrongly accused and jailed for 18 years. After completing his jail term, he confronts the judge who convicted him and asks her to find the real culprits.

Ladaai is a combo of action and suspense with Mithun ( a lookalike to the wrongly accused man who shoots himself in front of Rekha's lawyer character) hired by Rekha to hunt for three goons in connection to the historic murder case, and ends up finding his real mother and brother and learns that his father was framed for murder. The suspects -Gulshan Grover, Satish Shah and Amrit Pal - are fun villains, but are they the culprits?

There's some twists and turns in the plot, some good performances from the cast -Dimple was a surprise with her comedic style - and the action is energetic. It's an above average dramatic actioner that has some unmemorable songs.
