Cm Punk and Beth Phoenix have both reported on Twitter that former WWF Woman’s Champion Bull Nakano appeared backstage at a Raw house show in Japan today. Born in the country, Nakano who turns 44 in January, first appeared in the WWF in 1994, first as an associate of Luna Vachon before defeating Alundra Blayze for the title at an event in Tokoyo after losing her first shot at SummerSlam 1994.
Bull held the title for five months until losing it back to Blayze at a Raw event on April 3rd, 1995. She was fired that year after being found in possession of cocaine. She soon joined WCW and again found herself in a feud with Blayze, now known as Medusa, and they fought at WCW Hog Wild 1996. She retired from wrestling a year later to take up golf professionally but has had a few wrestling matches since.
