This guy is my teacher, I saw this film in class last week. I liked it, really nice visuals. The dialogue is a little "off" but still good. Hard to make any real sense out of the film (which is typical of Tony's films from what I've seen). Liked the lighting and Parker Posey did a great job as always.
Good use of sepia colors and black and white mixed. I remember specifically at the end a bicycle shot that was really amazing, the way that he filmed it. He told us he used some really drawn out technique too create this, forget what he said exactly. He is a great professor, and an even better film maker. Don't know if any copies of this exist anywhere other than in the directors possession.

I wish I could give a more in depth review, but the film isn't exactly easy to get ahold of, as far as I know. I saw it years ago at a student film festival screening. It's one of the few of those films I remember, and I loved it at the time. I remember some rear screen projection of backgrounds, and a lot of jump cutting. Obviously it was more than the sum of it's parts. I hope this guy is still making films. If so, I want to be in one of them.
