As Dr Hilliard struggles to maintain order during the newly imposed state of emergency, Dr Maitland investigates how one of her patients got infected.

The crisis team go on the hunt after a crazy old woman releases 63 quarantined animals. Dr Maitland, meanwhile, is trapped by the old woman in a basement full of potentially infected cats.
