After a military plane crash near a small American town, a giant man-eating snake sets off on a killing spree. The locals must find a way to eliminate the snake, with the help of a scientist who knows about the snake to kill it.

Strange murders start occurring in the town of Ruby, Arizona with the victims' corpses left decomposed in acid. At first, the suspicion falls upon John Cooper due to his family being involved in operating a chemical plant and one of the corpses being of his ex-girlfriend. However, it's only after the arrival of defense scientist Dr. Anton Rudolph and Special Agent Parker that the town is faced with the nightmarish reality behind the events: A massive, genetically engineered, 60-foot python. An airplane carrying a huge snake crashes in a forest nearby Ruby town, where two lesbian lovers are camping. The python eats both women and leaves their remains destroyed by its acid. The animal moves to the town, threatening the population and leaving the local sheriff and his team astonished. The US military intelligence has designed the ultimate killing machine: a giant 60 foot python with enhanced night vision, speeds exceeding 60 miles per hour across all terrains and thick skin which can repel off multiple rounds of anti-tank armour. Unfortunately, the creature awakens on the plane carrying it back to the states, resulting in a crash near a small town in Arizona and the snake starts creating a trail of human victims. It's now upon a government agent, a defense scientist involved in creating the python, the local sheriff, his rival over the affections of their mutual love interest and their friends to stop the monster before the town turns into a massive meat fest.—ankit_singh92

The quiet little town of Ruby is surprised to find a SNAKE int its midst! As a befuddled team of government bad guys attempts to recapture the genetically enhanced SNAKE, a bunch of irrelevant side plots occur in the town: including, an ex who sleeps with a bunch of dudes, Wesley Crusher with pink hair is trying to score some random, and a cop and some dude who likes bikes get into a fight on a playground. These people (minus Wesley Crusher who is poorly eaten by a CGI SNAKE) conspire to save the day by dipping the snake in acid, (Which is conveniently located at the shop where the dude who fights the cop works, or used to work). The SNAKE is awesome. It eats people. Everyone with any kind of relevance dies and we are lead to believe that there might be a sequel.
