A somewhat lame script, almost like a jumble of random scenes gathered in a film, but with great shots, the almost naive humor, and Mazzaropi's charisma win our hearts even after decades, unmatched... The year is 1952 when Mazzaropi stimulates the dog Colonel to greet Getúlio Vargas, will it be that to pass through the veiled dictatorship ...

Amácio Mazzaropi was doomed to success since teenager years on circus shows passing thru radio and TV series, until reach at cinema by the hands of Abilio Pereira de Almeida in Sai da Frente produced by the dying studio Vera Cruz, at his debut Mazzaropi portrays a poor truck rental driver Isodoro with his scrapped old truck intitled Anastácio alongside with faithful trained dog Coronel, after intro the character the comic journey began when Isidoro is hiring for a furnishings moving from São Paulo to seashore city Santos.

It became a true nightmary endeavor, in a quick pit stop the loaded old truck disappears, out of the blue a running bride takes a ride on the tight cockpit, so in a dangerous downhill road almost ends up in a tragedy, at last reaching there the costumer doesn't have a money to pay the moving fees, so they payed with a living goat, worst Isidoro caught in lottery scam, also the crook stolen his dog Coronel and trying sell it to nearby circus, recovering in time his beloved canine, Isidoro finding himself in dire straits a circus blonde bombshell asking for a ride, meanwhile he accepts a circus cargo shipping back to São Paulo.

In its period of time Mazzaropi still didn't embodied the Jeca Tatú's character yet, just a poor complainer, this early project has many mismatches on the screenplay, although it fits perfect as Mazzaropi vehicle lifting him into high patten hereinafter becoming in a stunning phenomenon at box-office, not too bad for a starting.
