However, they first worked together when Grier reprised her titular role in Escape sangriento (1974) in the music video for Snoop Doggy Dogg: Doggy Dogg World (1994). Also featuring Tha Dogg Pound and The Dramatics, it was the third single from Snoop's debut album Doggystyle and won the 1994 MTV Video Music Award for Best Rap Video. Ricky Harris (Eddie Mack) also co-directed the video alongside Dr. Dre and appears in the video as Taa-Dow, the owner of the Carolina West nightclub in Los Angeles where the video is set.
