The Olsson family is tired of sitting in the apartment in town and decides on a white Christmas in the country. In the newspaper they find an advertisement

The family moves in and starts exploring the castle but they are not alone.

Lillan gets a voltmeter from a classmate and discovers that it's haunting. After an unsuccessful attempt to be intimidated, the ghosts Jean and Staffan decide to take on the hard gloves.

Ivar and Lillan go ghost hunting. Melitta, who is afraid of the ghosts and wants to go home, enlists the help of the newspaper courier Måns to prove to her parents that the ghosts are real.

Ivar and Lillan continue their ghost hunt. There are no ghosts but a coffin with scrap metal. Jean and Staffan finally manage to scare someone.

Ivar tries to build a ghost trap.

The ghosts are stuck in the family's computer, but Lillan decides to let them out after a classmate says it's animal cruelty. Leif has put the thing together Lillan and Ivar found it in a coffin.

Måns makes another attempt to catch the ghosts and Lillan fixes the robot but is stopped by Jean. Ivar sends a wish list to Santa.

Lillan is visited by a Santa Claus who gives her batteries for the robot and orders her to help Leif move the satellite.

Ivar are having his birthday and the children's grandmother comes to visit. Jean becomes interested.

Lillan and Ivar go on a treasure hunt with the map they found. Jean tries to stop them.

Melitta and Måns look for ghosts in the castle at night. At the same time, the thieves Rolf and Ralf decide to break in.

The children lice for their parents. Rolf and Ralf pretend to be the closest neighbor who comes on a Lucia visit to be able to snatch the treasure.

Ivar and Måns hunt for the thieves on Måns go-kart to take back the treasure. But what is really in the coffin?

After Ivar pulls the sword out of Jean, he becomes much nicer. So Ivar pulls out Staffan's arrow. Lillan is experimenting with the mysterious stone.

Melitta tries to film the ghosts but becomes friends with them instead. Ivar and Lillan put the floating stone in the robot Sprak and get him started.

Jean and Staffan tell the truth about Greveholm and what happened 200 years ago when they died.

The children want to know what happened to Dioda and the Count so they send up Sprak with a camera in the tower.

Ivar wants to be a hero and climbs the tower to pick up Sprak and free Dioda. But not everything goes according to plan.

The children try to figure out how to get the key and free Dioda. Astrid thinks that the children drink too much Christmas must and intends to show that it is bad for the teeth.

The children go into close combat with the Count, it does not go as planned. But help comes from an unexpected direction.

The children have managed to wake up Dioda but not everything is right.

Leif and Astrid have realized that it's haunting Greveholm and are terrified. They want to go home but the children refuse. Can Melitta, Ivar and Lillan convince the parents that the ghosts are not dangerous before Christmas Eve?

It's Christmas Eve and Dioda is going home. With the help of Astrid's make-up, the ghosts can also take part in the Christmas celebrations.
