We begin in the suite of Ian Garrison and his wife, VIctoria as she gets out of bed. Then we go to Eve's villa and she looks out the window and in her mind sees her late husband and has a fling with him. Then it's back to reality. Then a pickup truck comes to the resort and drops off a friend of Eve's, Randi Banks. Eve manages to see her while she is having a discussion with the manager on duty. On the advice of her sister, Randy tells eve she decided to drop by after a brief camping trip with friends since she has extra time. While they have breakfast, Randy discusses with her situation. She told her how her divorce has impacted her and that her aerobics studio went under. Then she introduces her to her brother in law, Josh. She tell her briefly about him. Meanwhile at the pool, Victoria meets another guest, Andrea Carmichael, unaware that the woman is Ian's mistress. Andrea tells Victora she came to meet somebody there, and he is not there yet. Ian come to the pool and his wife introduces him to the woman. Shortly thereafter Andrea comes to his suite and Ian is not happy to see her. He told her he paid her off hoping to never see her again, ever. Then they have a brief fling and Andrea slips something in his towel. Eve goes to her villa and Josh presents her with a painting. At the pool, BD speaks to a hotel guest about her sister and tells him she was mostly with her father, who will have a dinner party later. Ian's wife then wonders what to wear for their dinner with Andrea, while Ian puts away what Andrea slipped to him earlier. She then briefly speaks about Andrea to him. Then the girl BD spoke to at the pool earlier tells him about her childhood as they go for a swim in the ocean and jokingly tells him to come and get her if he is worried about her. Then they have a fling there. At the dinner, Andrea and Victoria talk about divorce. Victoria asks Andrea if her boyfriend whistles while reading the paper, like her ex husband does. Ian asks Andrea how long she plans to stay there, which she cannot determine at the moment. She then excuses herself and Ian tells Victoria that he things there is something strange about Andrea. Victoria mentions to him that the two of them plan to go shopping the following day. We then see that Andrea has pills in her hand. Josh tells Randi he lives in San Francisco and comes to Eden to check on the family business. Randi is indecisive about what she should do when returning to LA Eve and Josh then offer Randi a job as their fitness instructor. At first, Randi thinks they are being sarcastic, but they tell her they are looking for one. They let her ponder this for the night, but then Randi immediately decides to take it. Then they toast to this.

We see a bellhop bringing breakfast to Ian and Victoria's suite and Andrea slips a note into it and asks the bellhop where a certain restaurant is. It's Randi's first day as Eden's fitness instructor. Eve checks on her and invites her for a drink after work. In their suite, Victoria leaves a phone message to Andrea and won't tell Ian what it is about. Then Andrea bumps into Ian and Victoria. Eve is on the phone speaking to somebody about replacing an employee. Then Josh comes to her and asks about it, then leaves to change clothes. While in her villa, she has another fantasy about Grant being just outside there again, then it's back to reality as water is running in the sink. Ian is with Victoria driving to the marina where they do some shopping. Andrea follow them in her vehicle. He sees her and decides to walk further. Victoria enters a store and Ian spots Andrea, who asks about the note she sent him and once again tells her to leave him alone and will get an injunction if she doesn't. She tells Ian she must go to her suite at 8 that evening, or she will find him. At the pool, Eve is on the phone and learns about a computer glitch that has 2 parties booked into one suite. Then she tells Josh about it. At first Josh suggests that they share the suite, then tells her that one of the parties can have his suite and he can sleep somewhere else. Then Josh sees Andrea passing and asks Eve about her. Eve lets him stay at her Villa, at the guest wing. At the shore, BD Sees his friend Lacey who invites him to her suite for relaxation. Ian as at a bar. At Lacey's suite they have a drink and she invites him to visit her in LA, then tells him to take off his shirt. She then takes off her clothes. BD asks if he can watch and she sarcastically told him the pool boy saw her and she f'd him. Later they are in bed and Lacey's sister, Marney comes in and catches them in bed. THen they stop and BD leaves. Marney then accuses Lacey of fcng him in her dress, which she denies. At a restaurant, Ian is dancing with this wife and Andrea watches them. At their table, Eve stops by and suggests they try the lobster. Then they see Andrea dancing with another man and they get a note congratulating them on 10 years of marriage. Victoria can't figure out why she bothers him like this. Marney is upset about what she saw them do. At the restaurant, Ian is glad Andrea found somebody else to bother, then suggests they call the concierge to book them a resort in St Barths. Victoria however wants to go home. Andrea then grabs a drink and then joins them. They tell Andrea to leave them alone, thinking she is drink and Andrea then defames Ian, telling Victoia that he liked to get drunk when he was with her and likes to get wet in the back of his knees, which he denies. This gives VIctoria an excuse to proceed with her divorce plans. To Andrea this means they can now be together. THen once again he tells Andrea to leave him alone. Eve is watching the waves from just outside her Villa. Josh, who is spending the night at Eve's villa offers her a drink. Josh only this because he want's them to toast to their future. Eve has no intention on forgetting their past, though.

We are again in Ian's and Victoria's suite and we find Victoria has finally left Ian as Andrea told him. Ian wants to know how Andrea managed to get into their suite. Then he wish she would leave as he refuses to explain why he is still at the resort. At the gym, Randi is helping guests with their workouts. Then she gets a surprise visit from her ex husband, Gabe and is not happy to see him. He told Randi her sister told her where she is and he won alot of money playing the casinos in Las Vegas. Randi refuses to believe what he told her and assumes he once again stole checks from mail boxes and cashed them. She briefly leaves the gym, Gabe follows her and explains that we told her is the truth and that he want's to be with her again and make amends. Randi tells Gabe she wish he would leave her alone. Gabe wishes she wouldn't get upset about his proposal. In Ian's suite Andrea tells Ian that they no longer have to anything behind Victoria's back now that she left him. Ian then tells Andrea that he is checking out of Eden and returning home to his wife. Andrea tells Ian she intends to stop him from doing that. Ian then tells her he is through with Andrea and Andrea throws a lamp at him, which misses him due to her bad trajectory. Ian orders her to leave his suite, she apologizes as a result and he still wants her to leave. She then screams at his door for help. In the lobby, Eve welcome a visiting senator and his wife, who look forward to the dinner party she is throwing that night and points them to the shopping area. Then she again fantasizes about her late husband telling her to take off a dress she is wearing and making out with him. Then it's back to reality. On the beach, Randi is emerging from a topless swim and puts on a shirt and then Gabe comes to bother her again. She still wants him to leave. He then tells her he's a guest at the resort and paid for his stay in cash. He still wants Randi to give him another chance, but she sees no reason for it since she's worried he will become manipulative again Gabe tells her he has been thinking about her a lot when he is bed. Then Randi takes off her shirt and they hug and kiss. Meanwhile Ian is in his suite and requests his bill to be ready since he is ready to check out. Then Andrea comes back to have a drink with Ian. Ian won't do that. She wants to do that to part as friends. He then agrees to one drink with her and that's it. What he doesn't know is that she is putting a pill in his drink. Andrea tells Ian she meant what she told him earlier. Ian then catches her with the pills and abruptly leaves his suite. Outside, Eve is taking care of business and a waitress brings her lunch. Randi comes in and Eve asks her to join her for lunch. She tells Eve that her ex, Gabe has come to the resort and is not happy about it. She tells Eve that he claims to have changed and she won't go for it. In fact, she would rather kill him than go back to him. Then she confesses that she can't decide whether to return to him or not. Eve admits she had a nice marriage and wish it could have continued and admits she wishes Grant was still alive and that she can't get over him being deceased. At the pool, Eve asks Josh to be her escort at the dinner party she is throwing for the senator and his wife that night. First he comments that he had to give up his suite for them and how she wants him to be his escort. Eve tells her he just needs to put on a jacket that night. He then accepts her invitation. Andrea is sitting on a rock looking down at the waves from the water. She then jumps down to the water. Next thing she knows she is in her suite and the doctor there tells her she is lucky just to have suffered a few bruises. Eve is there with her and later tells her Ian left and she will check on her later. In the gym, Randy demonstrates to a guest how to use one the exercise machines. Then Gabe appears, and Randi wishes he would stop following her. Gabe explains that he has the right to use the equipment just like any other guest does. Gabe then tells her she made a mistake taking the job at Eden and wish she would come back to LA with her. She tells Gabe she made a commitment with Eve to work there and has no intention of quitting. He then points out she broke her marital commitment by divorcing him. Randi then walks away from him. Later in Randi's suite, Eve comes over to confirm what her ex husband told her about her quitting her job at Eden. She told her that's not the case and is shocked to think that he can still run her life. They then hug. At his Suite, BD is greeted by Lacey and Marney as they bring a pizza pie to him. He invites them to get comfortable. They seem to like spur of the moment situations and they take their shirts off. Lacey then remover her bra. They then make him feel very comfortable in his suite. Then they abruptly leave his suite. In Andrea's suite Eve consoles her. Andrea tells Eve that her life is a mess and doesn't know what to do next. She then admits she pursued him because she has nothing better to do. She now realizes that they probably didn't have any magic to begin with, and realizes that most men are not stupid enough to leave their wives. Eve then think she may be better off with a man who is not married. Andrea admits she will never see him again and he will never touch her again. Eve tells her she lost her husband. It was a painful year to be without him, but she got through it. She tells Andrea she will get over not seeing Ian again and there is hope for her too. Randi then barges in to Gabe's suite and yells at him for telling Eve she is quitting her job at Eden. He explains to her he was hoping she would return to him. but she will not do that. He tells her how he misses having sex with her when they were married. He tells her he wants to be down on her for a long time and she bursts into anger again, telling him she hates him. Later after the dinner party, Josh tells Eve how much enjoyed the dinner party she threw for the senator and his wife. Then he kisses her goodnight.

The clock is ticking for Eve Sinclair, part owner of the luxurious Eden resort. As a condition of her late husband's will she must marry within two months or lose her stake in Eden.

We are in Celine Winston's suite where Randi spent the night in bed with her. It's daybreak and Randi gets up to check the time on her watch. Celine then wakes up, kisses Randi and suggests that she takes the day off. Randi explains to her that she had a job to go to and must be at the fitness center at 7. Camera fades to the porcelain cat. She then takes a shower before starting work. Meanwhile in the lobby, Eve consults Michael at the desk about Josh. Michael tells her that Josh caught an early flight to San Francisco. Eve then gets a call from Paul, which she takes at a nearby phone. She tells Paul that she still can't get the reckless boater off her mind. She tells him she has a lot to do and then thanks him again for his support. Back in Celine's suite, Randi tells Celine that she is late for work and thanks Celine for letting her spend the night with her. Celine then tells Randi she still wants to see her while she is still in the resort. Celine then suggests that they meet for dinner, and she books them a table at a restaurant. Then Randi suggests they eat at her suite and Greg accepts on her behalf. Celine then tells Greg she was not pleased that he came into her bedroom without permission. Greg then questions what happened there during the night and acknowledges that Celine just recovered from the headache she had. She told him it went away after he had left. Randi then goes to work. Greg then gets on her bed and asks if Randi will replace him as her assistant. Celine tells him that is not the plan. They then have a fling with each other. Randi then returns to get something she forgot: the watch Celine bought her. At the pool BD is met by someone named Nicki and Marcella Stone. Marcella asks him if he is free for lunch and BD tells her he is not. Marcella then tells him she does not give up that easy. In the fitness center, Randi is helping a guest. Greg then asks Randi for advice on the machine he is using. Then he warns her not to fall into Celine's trap, because is not as generous as she seems. Randi tells him she has no interest in Celine. Greg then tells her she will return to him, like she always does, and Randi doesn't care. Then Eve pops in looking around because she is planning to take some pictures for new brochure of the resort and asks if the fitness center needs sprucing up. Randi can't think of anything at that moment. Then Randi asks her about the reckless boater incident the day before and tells her she would reacted the same way if she saw somebody she thought was dead and tells her she should stop beating herself up about it. Then in the staircase, eve bumps into Paul who suggests she take the day off to relax. She tells Paul that she has to prepare for Pirates Night, but Paul tells her her staff can take care of it. Later on the beach, BD is playing his guitar and Randi emerges from a half mile swim she just accomplished. She tells him that she hopes she not interrupting him and his music, and then asks why he is not having lunch with any of his admiring female guests. BD tells her he has no interest in doing that. BD then hands her a towel and she leaves. Then we see Eve and Paul riding horses in the woods. Eve then tells Paul she loves the place. Paul tells her that he and his ex wife used to come there alot and she is doing better with her new husband. Eve reminds him that their marriage wasn't as bad as he thinks. Paul explains they divorced because they just like different things. Then she tells him she likes Jouliet, and how lucky she was to get the Castro interview. He tells Eve that she called and hadn't seen him yet, but Eve assumes she will do so eventually. Then she tells Paul she is pleased to see him there. At the beach, BD emerges and rinses off at a shower at a nearby pool and Marcella appears and seduces him. BD wants her to stop that but can't explain why that is. She then takes off his bathing suit and her swimsuit and kisses him all over. BD enjoys this. Later at a restaurant, Celine tells Randi that she always goes after what she wants, even had different jobs in mind when she was younger, even being a sheriff. . Randi tells her she wishes she could always go after what she wants. Celine explains that she has to know what that is before she does that. She tells Celine she wants her own Independence and is tired of taking instructions from a superior. She tells Celine she has alot of talents. She then inquires about her assistant, Greg. She tells her she was at the fitness center and she thought that she was getting in the way of his workout. Celine explains to her he enjoys being in the company of women and jumps to the conclusion that Randi is his replacement as a lover. Then she asks Celine about why people love Caviar. Celine thinks it's because of it's appeal. At Paul's suite, she and Eve are dining and Eve thanks her for cooking a burger for her. Then the phone rings. it's a foreigner calling to talk about a horse. Then Eve fantasizes about Grant coming to her with a horse. She follows him and inquires about it. Then she kisses him and they have a fling in the hay. They take a brief pause as she takes off her blouse and bra and they continue. Then she gets up and tells grand she can't go on like that because it's painful when it ends. Then it's back to reality. Paul then asks Eve if she would like a cognac. She accepts. Then Paul asks if she's alright. She tells him she is chilly and suggest they go inside. In Celine's suite, her and Randi make a toast to the unexpected. Then Greg tells them he believes in that too. Then she tells Celine he will be doing a modeling job for GQ magazine. Celine tells him she would never dream of getting in the way of these things. Then he tells Celine he has to catch a plane to New York since it's in the next morning. Then he wishes then a good night. Randy thinks he just got lucky, but Celine thinks it was a coincidence. In Paul's suite, Eve thanks him for a wonderful evening. She then fall asleep and he puts her to bed.

We are at the ranch where Eve and Paul are discussing the status of a horse. Meanwhile, Randi is helping Celine with a workout on the beach. Celine tells Randi that the workout is very grueling and just as intense as being with the Navy Seals. Randi tells her it would take two weeks to get her in shape, but Celine would rather clean the streets of a place that is being attacked by foreign forces that deal with the workout. Randi likes the idea of a 24 hour workout place, but Celine thinks only maniacs would join something like that. Randi tells her it helps people relieve any tension they have. Celine thinks sex solves intention, but Randi tells her it's not the answer to everything. Celine thinks her idea is outdated because yuppies are no longer interested in this. Randi believes otherwise and claims she need financial help for this. Then Randi and Celine have a fling in the ocean. Later by the shore, Celine kisses Randi and invites her to her suite to discuss this further. Then Eve comes to the hotel in a jeep and finds Josh at the entrance. He told her he returned the night before. Josh tells her he missed her at the party. He was there because his interest in going had returned. She tells Josh that her and Paul were up all night because one of Paul's horses is sick. Josh then suspects that there is something going in between her and Paul and requests an honest answer about it. She tells him there is and it's just a friendship and nothing else. Eve tells Josh she appreciates him being concerned. Then they kiss. She then remembers a tennis match between Josh and Grant that she had seen. She remembers Grant winning it. Then she remembered Grant taking a shower, which she joined him in. And she remembers him telling this is the first time he beat Josh at something. Then it's back to reality. Then Josh tells eve he has to go to a tennis game he's playing in and will be back later. Then Celine and Greg meet for lunch and Greg tells her she wants the quarter million for promises unfulfilled. Celine tells Greg he has every right to be upset with her and Greg tells her he is serious about getting this compensation. Eve then climbs up a set of stairs to find Josh at the top of them. She then asks him about the plans for the new villas at the resort and suggests they pay him a visit when he is ready. Josh then kisses her and asks her is she is serious about this. He then tells her he will call him to find out if he can get the job done sooner then planned. In Celine's suite Greg is kissing Celine all over. She then compliments him on his technique. He thinks his assisting her would be helpful. In the gym, Randi is assisting Josh in using an exercise machine and tells him he has just 3 more repetitions to do. Then she tells him that it was a nice gesture to come for pirates night, even after Eve went to bed, and likes that they are bonding. Then she takes some weight off the equipment he is working out on. She then inquires about Eve's whereabouts, and he told her what happened. Randi jumps to the conclusion that the horse was sick for 2 nights because she was with him the night before also. The then informs Josh his workout is done. Then Josh wants to know all about it and Randi is sorry for spilling the beans on this. He doubts she is sorry for it and thinks that something is going on at the ranch. She admits she told him that without thinking. Randi then comes to Celine's suite, knocks on the door, but no no one answers so she comes in and hears her having a fling with her assistant, Greg. Celine asks him if he really intended to expose her to her competition. Greg tells her it would have been too easy to do. She then tells him one of her chemists was developing a sports cream before they got wind of it and assumes they will pay a fortune to find out who is the stool pigeon there. Greg thinks he knows who it is. He then admits he has no intention of calling them today. She then tells him she will keep his hands busy. Then she tells him that Randi will not be with them when they return to NYC and she was a temporary fling. This enrages Randi and she then returns to the gym and informs the competition about the formula for sports cream, but wouldn't be specific. At the ranch, Paul is still nursing the horse back to health. At the lobby, Josh inquires about Eve's whereabouts and the desk clerk tells him she is with Paul at his ranch. At the ranch, He then sets out for her. Eve consoles Paul about the horse that just died and suggests he lay down after what he's been thorough. He just wants to be with his remaining horses. She then gives him a massage to easy the tension. He then informs her that Grant told him that only she understood him. Then Josh appears at the ranch and sees Eve massaging Paul and then kissing each other. This prompts Josh to return to the resort. In Celine's suite, she found out from one of her employees they found out about the sports cream, but don't know who the stool pigeon is. She yells at Greg, assuming he called them, but he denies doing that, but Celine doesn't believe that Greg is not the culprit. Then Randi appears and tells Celine that she decided not to accept her offer. She asks Greg to excuse them. She is shocked that Randi will not take her up on her offer. Randi explains she may not like dealing with her as a boss and she likes it where she is. The agrees to finance her personal training service at the resort, and even sign a letter of agreement, but she thinks her lawyers would annul the agreement in an instant. Celine things Randi isn't giving her a chance to give her a better life, but Randi thinks still thinks she wouldn't like it. She does admit she enjoy the times they spent together while she was a guest there, but still feels it's time to part company. Celine thinks it's a mistake, but Randi admits it will be one of many. Celine then blows a fuse and throws a vase to the floor. Then Paul comes to Eve's suite to tell her he will fly to Maryland to find a replacement horse for the one that died. He may be gone for awhile. Eve thinks she had something to do with the horse's demise, but Paul tells her it was just fate. He admits he did something to him and EVe at his ranch. Eve then tells Josh to take care. Even then joins Josh at the beach and tell him what happened at the ranch between her and Paul. She admits she was honest with him about him. Josh then questions her feeling for him and reported what he saw. He then asks her their relationship status. She tells him she wants to spend more time with him. Josh then kisses her. Then they walk along the beach.

We begin with Josh and Even climbing down rocks and shows her a breakfast table on a secluded beach. Eve then runs for a dip in the water and Josh joins her there. They then kiss each. At the resort, a newlywed couple, Amy (a friend of Eve) and Lyle and are in their room and make love to each other. Then Eve comes over to congratulate them. Amy introduces her to her husband and tells her they got married so fast, They never mentioned their marriage to anyone, but they tell her they will. They then thank her for the bottle of champagne. She told me it's her contribution to their wedding and they came here since she suggested the resort. She tells Lyle they used to come there every summer while her mother was still alive. Eve then leaves since she has a massage appointment. They continue to make love in their bed. Meanwhile in the gym, Randi asks Josh, who is working out on one of the machines if has a burn, which he says he doesn't have. Randi then tells him to work harder and is not happy about his attitude, which Josh denies and then apologizes for. Then he asks how she knows about his burn. She then acknowledges he has Eve on his mind and can tell by the vibes, then suggests he do something about this situation. She then tells Josh to take off his wet shirt, wipes him off and massages him. She tell him the Eve has always gotten what she wants and people like her take thing for granted. She is only sad when thinking about Grant's death. In the pool, BD is teaching someone how to swim and meats a cynical woman named Dot. In the massage parlor the masseur is telling EVe she is now relaxing. Then she has another vision of her and Grant. Then it's back to reality as the massage ends and he asks her about her next appointment. At the pool, BD sings a song and Dot tells him he likes the song he is singing. She then tells him she can help him since she has connections to the music industry. She suggests they discuss this over an expensive dinner, but he has other plans for the night. Then Eve and Amy are walking on the pool bridge and Eve compliments her on the ring he bought her. She is an architect and Lyle is a builder. She tells Eve that Lyle is a graduate of MIT and was waiting to marry her and now he has. Amy then tells her she will mention her wedding to her father soon. She tells her he can tell by her facial expression, but she doesn't care. All she is concerned about is how happy he has made her. Later in their suite, Lyle is massaging her. Then they kiss. She then asks him if he told her father about their marriage yet. She assumes when it happens there could be trouble for him. He tells her she can handle and sarcastically asks her how he will punish her when he finds out. He then tells her not to deviate from his plan to tell him. Later at the pool, BD sees Dot and she apologizes overreacting earlier. BD accepts. She tells him she really admires his singing and he should have someone help him with a possible singing career. She asks him if he has a music publisher, which he doesn't. Then she invites him to have a drink with her. He accepts. At the lobby, Josh tells Eve that he has reservations at an exclusive restaurant, and Eve wonders how he got it. He just tipped the mat re'd alot of money. Eve declines to join him since she is too tired. He tells her he can make it quick one, but she is too tired. Josh tell her his patience is running thin and he is disappointed they are not spending much time together. Then he tells Eve to call her when she is ready to spend time with him. Amy and Lyle are having dinner together and she tells him she loves him. Then she tells him she has a present for him and tells him to close his eyes, then she presents it to him. He opens his eyes and finds it's stock in her family business. He then kisses her to thank her. He then invites her on a boat trip and tells her she must face her fears about the water. He claims it will help her on a boat trip from LA to Mexico, but she insists it won't help her. He tells her it has always been a dream of his to sail on a boat with her. In the next table, Dot tells BD he shouldn't let his singing talent go to waste. She tells him that talent is determined by who a person knows. She admits she knows a lot of people and thinks a demo tape won't work. Later at Eve's suite, Josh tells her he is willing to write 100 times that he will not push her again. She only suggests that he be more open. Josh admits he can be a jerk whenever he doesn't get his way. Eve then offers him a sandwich and he accepts it. She then confesses that she needs time alone from the outside world to relax. Josh is shocked about she deals with complaints from guests and tells her he would punch anyone who complains about room service. She admires she hates holding back and worries she could lose someone again and wouldn't know what to do. He admits life is a gamble and she will have better luck with him. Eve then asks Josh for more time and he grants it. The next day Amy and Lyle are on a boat in the water. Lyle is having the time of his life as he help Amy conquer her fear of the water, but Amy hates being on the boat. He teaches her how to steer the boat and tells her she had nothing to worry about. She hates it and goes down to the lower deck, where Lyle accelerates the boat causing Amy to fall overboard into the water.

Amy is screaming after being drowned by her husband, Lyle. Her screams are heard by BD who is on a boat and then comes to her rescue. Later in Amy 's suite Amy explains to EVE what happened. Eve suggests she get some sleep, while she goes for a walk. Amy then gets a call from her dad who learned more about Lyle than she thought. Amy denounces this to her father. Later in one of the restaurants, Josh talks to a Matre'd about a birthday party for eve for the next night. Later in Lyle's mistresses site Val, Lyle tells her that BD came to Amy's rescue and he needs time for a plan B Val then suggests they take out an insurance policy on Amy, buy Lyle thinks that it would alert the authorities to start an investigation. Then he suggests they just worry about the money they intend to inherit upon Amy's demise. Val suggests they move as fast as possible. Lyle tells her they are in paradise and shouldn't worry about being found at the moment. Val compliments him. As he kisses her all over. Meanwhile at one of the pools, BD finishes giving a guest a swimming lesson. The the mat re'd comes to him and tells him that somebody got his boss's yacht for Saturday night and he can come if he has a date. Then he tells him that he must put together a demo tape for one of the guest's who has connections to song producers. She want's something for it, but BD is worried that one favor can lead to another. Then Randi comes to the pool and speaks to Josh about what is happening. Josh then suggests she join him in the pool, which she does. They have a race in the pool and promises to buy drinks if he loses. Randi thinks he cheated. Then they rest in one of the lounge chairs. Josh then tells her about EVe's surprise birthday party and invites her. Randi worries about getting her to the party, but Josh tells her she can find a way. Later in the gym, Eve comes by on the way to her villa and speaks to Randi about the new gym brochures and has her look at them. She tells EVe it's about an exercise program that relieves guests of their jet lag and suggests that Eve buy one for her birthday to experience this for herself. Eve is surprised to learn someone told her about it and then suggests they not make a big deal about it. Randi then offers to buy her a drink for her birthday, and she accepts. On her way to her villa, EVe fantasizes about Grant comforting her again. They make live somewhere on the outside as he gently begins to remove her blouse which she remembers him buying it for their first anniversary in Paris. Then he kisses her all over. He then tells her she finds her irresistible and she's better with him than the memories of him. Then it's back to reality. The next day BD tells a swimmer she can be certified as a lifeguard with a few more sessions. The Dot comes to speak to him and informs him she spoke to a record agent who is willing to listen to his demo tape. She suggests he bring it to her suite and she will order room service while they discuss this. Meanwhile at a table, Kyle tells Josh and EVe that they plan to rent a boat to Mexico. Lyle tells her to stop worrying about what happened and Josh admits he is scared or roller coasters. Josh then asks Kyle about any projects he has finished. He tells him he finished designing a hotel in Hawaii. Josh tells him he is thinking about building a marina in Mexico and he is willing to hire him to design it. Amy is proud of him for designing a bank in San Francisco. Eve then suggests they order. Josh then tells Lyle that he heard rumors about a Japanese firm designing the bank, which Lyle insists is not true. Meanwhile in Dot's suite, her and BD finish listening to BD's tape. He then announces he must get back to work and tells her to let him know what the record agent thinks of it. Later in Amy's and Lyle's suite, they kiss each other. She then assumes that Josh was testing him about the bank being designed by a Japanese firm. He tells her this happens alot. He then tells her to skip the tennis lesson and stay with him. She then asks if he told her everything about him and he confirms that he did. She tells him her father called her and he suggests they talk about him later since they are on their honeymoon. They continue kissing. She then tells him her father is suspicious of him. She wants to confirm to her that his suspicions are incorrect. Raindi then leads Eve to where her surprise party is supposed to be and finds that a singing couple is not performing there at the moment. They then go further down the path and find her friends and coworkers waiting to surprise her. Josh then lets her know he planned this event and Randi admits she knew about it. Eve then thanked him for it. Then the mat re'd asks Josh about how the meeting with Dot went. BD tells him it went well with her. He now must wait and see what happens. Then the cake comes and everybody applauds. Eve then makes a wish and blows out the candle. Randi suggests he plan one for her birthday, which is a few months away, but he tells here he is now aware of that and she won't be surprised when it happens. Josh then slow dances with Eve. When it was over, Josh escorts her back to her villa. Josh admits he enjoyed it more than she did. She thanks him for not having anyone forget about it. Josh then presents her with a present. She opens it and finds a picture of her and Josh. He suggests he keep by her bed. Then they kiss each other. She then takes off his shirt. He then kisses her. Josh tells her he's glad it finally happened. They then jump into bed together, naked. and keep kissing each other. He tells her he feels lucky for this. Eve is pleased to hear that.

Amy is taking a shower and Lyle comes to see if she's alright. She claims she had a horrible day and Lyle tells her she has been working too hard. The next morning she tells him that she had a dream about falling off the boat and he kept pressing her back into the water. Lyle tells her it was just a dream. Lyle claims he would never lie to her. Then they kiss each other all over. Meanwhile Dot pays a visit to BD at his suite with breakfast delivered. He tells her he's in a hurry and must get to work. She wants to discuss business with him briefly. She notices he is shaving and thinks he would be better off with an electric razor. He then explains to her she lured him with a bad proposition and fell for it, but he won't do that anymore. She want's a chance to finish telling him what she has in mind. She is willing to take responsibility for what happened and would like another chance to help him with his music career. She then touches his stuff and gives him a BJ. Meanwhile at the gym, Randi is coaching Eve who is working on one of the machines. She tells her that Eve was really pleased that they had a party for her. She was not surprised, but appreciates the effort people put into it for her. Randi then suspects something isn't right by the way she is acting. Eve tell her Josh took her to her suite after the party and it was alright but she woke up this morning feeling like something is missing and worries she may have made a mistake when Josh was with her. She thought wasn't complete making love to Josh and maybe she shouldn't have involved him in her love life. Later Randi bumps into Josh and asks him about the golf game he was in. He claims he didn't do too well and Randi suggests he take up something else. He then asks her if she enjoyed the party. She tells him Eve had left it early and tells him about what Eve told her. She tell him Eve had a fine workout and that Eve told her how thoughtful he was to have the party. She then asks him if there is something wrong, but he doesn't want to discuss it. She then tells him he can see her if anything is wrong. Later that night, it is stormy and Eve pictures Grant outside her suite door and comes out to comfort him. She starts to hug and kiss him and brings her toward her private pool where he takes her shirt off. He then asks her why she is loving him and not Josh. She tells him she remember when all 3 of them rode the bikes in the country and it started to rain. Then it was back to reality. The next day one of the managers asks about Eve to a clerk, who calls her but Eve doesn't answer. Meanwhile Lyle is lying by a small pool and Val pays him a surprise visit. Lyle wish she didn't do that. SHe asks him if he has heard from Amy's father, which he hasn't and he has Amy concerned. Val claims they must take evasive action, but Lyle tells her he need time to ponder this situation. Val is worried Amy will eventually become disillusioned with their marriage, but Lyle tells her that she has not made any suggestions about this herself. Val reminds him there is allot of money to receive and it's up to him to determine how to get it. He tells her she better not keep bothering him about it or it will cost her. They then kiss each other and Amy happens to see this when she gets there. She is now disillusioned about what he is up to. Meanwhile at Dot's suite he tells Dot he feels she's too old to be his girlfriend. She feels he is jumping to conclusions. Then BD tells her he is not up to being a sex object to her. Then she gets mad and he leaves. At a restaurant Josh tells someone he badly wants a championship golf course at the resort and would be glad to get Robert Trent Jones to design it. He then asks Eve if she can join him for lunch, but Eve must meet with the night auditor. He then tells Eve she can't stop thinking about the brief affair they had at her suite after the party and can't figure out what went wrong. Eve tells him it wasn't his fault and he can't figure out why she won't discuss this with him and it seems to him they are in two different worlds. Eve however is not in the mood to discuss this with him at the moment and then admits it's hard for her to explain. Then she leaves. Meanwhile, Amy enters her suite after it had just been made up. She then finds a picture of Lyle with Val and starts crying. Then Lyle emerges from the bathroom after a shower and Amy then asks him about the girl she saw him with. Lyle tells her he is sorry that it happened and she seduced him at the gym and he told her he is happily married to her. and she came to the pool where he was lying without his permission. Then she shows him the pic he as of him and Val. He realizes now he has vigorous explaining to do. Amy then tells him he must dump Val or she will divorce him. Lyle then puts the picture down. Later Eve is standing outside her suite and Amy is in her suite blow drying her hair after a shower. A maid is there cleaning up in the suite and somebody dumps a bucket of water on the floor. Amy then steps onto the floor with the hair dryer in her hand and gets an electrical shock and falls to the floor. The maid then acknowledges this and takes a tennis racket to remove the hair dryer, then helps her up and to the bed and comforts her. The camera then pans to a figure on the wall. Meanwhile Eve thanks Josh for letting her come to his suite. She tells Josh that explaining what happened is not as easy as it sounds. Josh wants her to give him a chance to fix whatever the problem is. She tells him she cares about him and it was foolish of her to act the way she did. She admits she didn't feel the way she wanted to. She tells him the morning after the party she was beating herself up about it and has been feeling this was since. Then she admits that she really doesn't love him. He's upset because she kept him waiting while she was trying to figure out what the problem is. Josh then tells her to leave his suite and Eve tells Josh she doesn't want to lose him as a friend. Josh opens the door and she leaves.

Eve is showering in her bathroom and Josh comes to check on her. She claims she was busy all day and Josh thinks she just works too hard. Meanwhile Lyle comforts Amy in their suite. She is bothered by his accelerating the boat while they were in the harbor, but Lyle claims it was just a nightmare she had and she shouldn't worry about it. It seemed real to her and because of that she refuses to ride a sailboat again. He then admits she was saved by BD. He then blames her father for getting the wrong idea about him. She then thinks he is making her feel safe. She then confesses that she wants to please him. Dot then comes to BD's suite and tells him she's like to begin the day with him. She even has a few breakfast items brought over. BD tells her that he has to go to work, but Dot tells her he can have a croissant before he goes to work. She is turned on by the way he is shaving. He admits he fell for her scheme once, but he won't fall for them anymore. Still, she hopes for another chance and tries to seduce him. Meanwhile at the gym, Randi congratulates Eve for how hard she is working on the machine., Randy wants to know what is eating Eve. She tells her it was what happened after the party that she and Josh did. She is mad at herself for what happened because she wasn't enjoying it. She wasn't feeling complete with him. She feels no connection to Josh which is why it took so long for her to work out. She then speaks to Josh about what happened.. She first asks about his golf game. He claims he didn't do too well and she suggests he take a different sport. She then asks him why he left early and he claims that they missed each other. She is thrilled that they managed to pull off the surprise party. She then mentions she came to workout on an exercise machine earlier that morning. She then mentions that it was sweet for him to come to the party and she felt awful about what happened after the party. She then offers to console him if he needs it, then kisses him. Later that night in Eve's suite it was raining and she remembers that Grant loved the rain and she imagines him kissing her in the rain, then removing her shirt and hugging and kissing her. Then he asks about her about Josh and suggests she take care of a situation with him (it was hard to tell what he was suggesting). The she remembers when they rode their bikes in the country and then it started to rain, and how it happened. Then it was back to reality as she lays in bed. Then Josh comes to the desk to inquire about Eve's whereabouts. The clerk tells him she left the office a half hour earlier. He then calls her at her suite but she doesn't answer. The next day Val pays Lyle another visit the small pool. She mentions something is getting a tune up and that takes hours. Then she asks if he heard anything more from Amy's father. He thinks her father has her suspecting that he is up to something. Val then suggests they do something. Lyle won't try to get her on a boat again and Val blames him for the debacle. He then explains he needs more time to deal with this. Val explains there isn't much time left and Amy could wake up thinking he is up to something. He then tells her she hasn't told him about what she has in mind. She then reminds him there is a lot of money at stake and he must determine when and how to get it. She then takes off her bikini top to seduce him and he gives her a back massage. Then Amy comes to where they are and catches then making love to each other and is dismayed. At Dot's suite she tells Dot that she may be too old for him and he is uncomfortable about it. They had some fun and he resents being treated like an object. Then he leaves. Josh is on the phone wanting to play on a championship golf course. Then Eve comes and Josh asks her to join him for lunch. She tells him she must meet with the night auditor later. He suggests they cancel that meeting so they can have a discussion. He then tells her he can't figure out what went wrong the night of the party. She tells him he is not to blame for it and he then want's to know why she is avoiding him. Eve just doesn't want to talk about it. He just can't understand the communication problem they are having. He hates being in the dark and just wants some peace of mind about this. She then admits that's hard on her too. and then leaves the table. Amy then returns to her suite and finds a maid cleaning it. She then enters and looks at a picture of him and Val and sobs about what she saw earlier. at the round pool. Then Lyle appears and she confronts him about it Explains that Val paid him a surprise visit and he was not happy about her doing so. He claims she came onto him. She then presents him with the picture he found of him and Val. He then gasps and admits it will take a lot of time to explain. She then gives him an ultimatum: Ditch Val or she will divorce him. He now hates that picture. That night Eve is at her villa looking out. Amy is in her suite drying her hair and a maid is performing turn down service. The someone spills water in her direction while is using the hair dryer. Suddenly she steps on the floor and is electrocuted. The maid acknowledges this and uses a tennis racket she found to carefully remove the hair dryer from the floor, causing a spark in the process. Then she checks on Amy, lifts her up and helps her to the bed. Then she checks to see if she's alright. We then see Val looking in from outside. At Josh's suite, Eve thanks him from letting her come over. He tells her she made their situation a difficult task to deal with. She then apologizes for it and he accepts. He then suggests they continue the discussion. She tells him that it's a lot more complicated than he thinks. He just want's to know what the problem so he can take care of it. She claims the whole thing was a mistake. She wanted for feel a certain way and she didn't and she woke up the next morning confused about it and needed time to sort the situation out. He then want's to know the outcome. She tells Josh she doesn't love him. He thinks it's about his late brother. He's upset that he comes to her thinking that things will be better each time and he's shocked she kept him waiting all this time. She admits she tried. Josh tells her sorry won't work for this. Josh tells her she must leave and Eve doesn't want their friendship to end. He then tells her friends are people he trusts. She then leaves and is saddened by the situation.

Eve wakes up in her villa and calls Josh to let him know they shouldn't end their relationship due to an argument. In Amy and Lyle's suite Amy tells a maintenance man what happened to her. He can't explain it since pipes don't unscrew themselves. After he leaves Lyle returns to console Amy on what just happened. She tells him she's glad the ordeal is over and wants to be with him. SHe then informs him he must shower or they will be late for dinner. He then continues to show his love for her. Later Lyle is in Val's suite and lets her know he decides what happens in their scheme. He assumes Amy is shook up after what happened and admits she won't admit it. He has no problem if she ends up suspecting that it was him. At dinner, Randi pays Josh a visit at his table. SHe's shocked that he is eating alone and Josh invites her to join him. She admits she enjoys cheering people up and wants to know what the problem and hope it's not about golf this time. She asks him about Eve and explains as an instructor, she hears things like hairdressers do and admits he was upset about what happened. He then asks why she is being a hypocrite. She denies it and tells him men are better at that than women are. She then asks if Eve lied to her about something. He explains that they are not the couple he thought they were. Randi admits he may be better off without her. He claims he just doesn't understand her. He then explains to Randi that if Eve doesn't marry soon she loses her share of the resort and Josh acquires it. She finds that shocking and Josh explains Grant wants to run her even after he died. He thinks him marrying Eve is the solution, but Randi thinks that may not be the case. In Amy's suite, Amy tells her father that he was right about Lyle and admits she doesn't know how it happened and that she wants to divorce Lyle because of it and tells her father not to grill her about why.She then admits marrying Lyle was a mistake. Lyle overhears her talking to her father. Then comes in and she tells him she hates being married to him. He suspects she and her father are working to cut him out of the family fortune. She tells him she's sorry but he won't buy it. Then he tells her off about something. As the cleaning lady come in, he tells her we will finish this later. The cleaning lady helps her to bed. Michael listens to BD's music and tells Josh he better not quit working at Eden. BD then tells Michael he will pursue his singing career without dot being there. Paul then jokes about him playing his sax and Dot blowing him away for it. Eve comes to Amy in her suite and consoles her about what Lyle tried to do to her. Eve suggests she call the police, but Amy tells her not to do that since she wants to handle it herself. She then tells Eve it was Lyle and his girlfriend Val who planed this whole thing. Because there are no flights until tomorrow, she then asks Eve if she can stay with her and Eve tells her she can. At the gym, Josh is working out and Randi comes to him and compliments him on using the machine. Randi then tells him she has something for him and goes to get it. He likes the award cup she got him and it cheered him up. He then admits he doesn't deserve the title of World's Greatest Guy. But Randi tells him he does and she means it. Eve finally brings Amy to her villa and she's glad to be there. Amy is tired and would like to get her luggage later. Eve then shows Amy to where she will be sleeping. In Randi's suite, she writes in her calendar EVE LOSES EVEN. In Eve's suite, she takes off her blouse and picks up a toy car, moves it on her console and fantasizes about having a conversation with Grant about how Josh is behaving. Then about him caressing her left leg. Then stopping the car and making love to her. Then it was back to reality. BD then confronts Michael about why a woman has this man she is with. He then tells him that Dot came through for him and he got an agent at the William Morris Agency. Meanwhile in Eve's suite, Eve tells Amy she called the desk and the people there told her there is no sign of Lyle or Val. Eve then wants to call the chief of Police about her situation, but Amy tells her not to because it would upset her father if it were out in the open. Then the phone rings. Eve had to go to the laundry room because of a fire the broke out there. SHe tells Amy she will be back as soon as she can. Amy then goes outside and hears a loud noise and goes back inside to investigate. She is then confronted by Lyle who is upset because her father's lawyer removed his name from their bank accounts. She then explains to him it was her father's idea and he should leave her alone. Lyle tells her he will remain her husband until she dies. He then pushes her down the stairs. At the front desk Michael tells Eve that people should know better than to smoke in the laundry room. Eve then call Amy at Eve's suite but no answer. Lyle explains that her father no longer want's to take care of her, then Amy tells him she will take care of him. She then asks him not to hurt her and tells him if he hurts her, he will be held accountable., Still he intends to make it look like a suicide. He then explains to her he wants all her family's assets as she falls to the floor. Then she falls into the pool and he drags her out and strangles her against a metal fence. The the police arrive and arrest Lyle and Eve then consoles her again. The next day Eve comes to Josh who asks her about the situation with Amy and Lyle. She tells him Amy will be fine. She needs someone to talk to about all of this. Josh tells Eve she's not mad at her. She then apologizes for making him think she was leading her on. He then thinks that a relationship with her was probably never meant to be. She still wants to be friends with him. Then she goes to work. He then goes to his bedroom and Randi tells him that her efforts to be his friend will not work. Randi then seduces Josh and they make love. Then she tells him it's now just him and her.,
