I'm still digesting the production's presentation. So much is non-verbal storytelling in this pic! I have to say, combined with the cinematographer's imagery, this movie deserves a bit of special attention. That almost constant overcast reinforces the naturally European feel of the show. Add to that the Germanic/Austrian/(Russian?) characters, locations and costumes...wait a minute...is this Poland?!? Honestly, it's the energy of the lead male, essentially psychotic in his detachment who outlines the intention of the movie! I think it's worthy to investigate and open a door for filmmaker Zbignew Kaminski...no one else I can think of at the moment is attempting the European romantic thriller type of pic.

With Joe Estevez, Robert Z'Dar and Vivian Schilling in the cast (I guess they enjoyed doing "Soultaker" so much they decided to work together again), I had a feeling this was going to be bad. I just didn't think it would be this bad! It was ten times worse than "Soultaker." Chase Masterson's performance is a tour-de-force of overacting (amazing she actually got other work after this dung heap of a movie) and Joe Estevez's accent has to be heard to be believed. Don't even watch this on cable!

This mediocre crime drama is made bearable by the beautiful and talented Chase Masterson. She took a confused role and developed a believable character despite the weak script. See it if you haven't seen enough of her.
