Trama

A scriptwriter working in Rome becomes distraught over his beauteous wife and the "arrangement" they have when she discovers S&M with her longtime pianist lover.

Young cinematographer Stefano and his wife Alina, who cannot have children, sincerely love each other, but have made the pact of being an "open couple"; that is to be able to betray oneself freely. Even if he has some quick and occasional adventures, it is above all the woman, restless and dissatisfied, who seeks other emotions, and therefore, having become the lover of the musician Paolo. She tells her husband that she has decided to divide the week between two men. In London, the scriptwriter Stefan is invited by a friend, who is a director, to travel to Rome. He travels with his beloved wife Alina, with whom he has an open marriage, and she contacts her Italian lover, the pianist Paolo. While in Rome, she explains to Stefan that she will stay with him from Monday to Friday, and Saturdays and Sundays she will spend with Paolo.
