Following the take-off of Bobby in the Radio Flyer on the highest part of the Wishing Spot; Officer Tardy and the mother discover the father (the King) lying on the ground, half-conscious and highly drunk. Tardy places the hand-cuffs on him, saying, "You're done." We are lead to believe that the King will finally go to prison.
