Tom Turns 50...again?

I've loved watching Eight Is Enough since I was a kid watching the originals. I'm so excited that the series is now on Tubi. In season 4 (1980), I've come across a bit of an error...Tom is depressed about turning, you guessed it, 50!

Of course the premise of the reunion is the family coming together to celebrate Tom's 50th birthday. Despite this little "oops" I really love this movie. I remember wishing that there was a spin off that showed how everyone met their spouses. I was especially interested in how Nancy did a complete 360° and ended up with Jeb. Along with the series on Tubi, the two reunion movies are on YouTube. It's a little bittersweet, seeing the cast members that have passed, especially Adam Rich.

Such a great movie!

I loved the reunion of the kids and the Easter eggs shown throughout the movie.
