Many actors from the cast have ties with Steven Soderbergh films: Albert Finney starred in Tráfico (2000) and a cameo role in La nueva gran estafa (2004); King of the Hill (1993), Gray's Anatomy (1996) and was the main focus of the documentary And Everything Is Going Fine (2010); David Clennon was in Syriana (2005), which was produced by Soderbergh; Brad Pitt starred in La gran estafa (2001) plus its two sequels, and a cameo in Confesiones de una mente peligrosa (2002) which was produced by Soderbergh.
