In a distant star system far far away from Earth. Another race of humans have made a peace treaty with a cyborg race called the Cylons after a millennium of war. However, it's soon discovered that the peace treaty is a deception and the Cylons are bent on wiping out humanity when during a routine patrol, the sensible Colonial Warrior (Space Fighter Pilot) Apollo and his younger brother Zack are ambushed by the Cylons which Zack is killed and the Cylons attacks the populated colonized planets and wipe out all the "Battlestars" (space aircraft carriers along with all the members of the Council of Twelve (A human brotherhood that governed the populated colonized planets). However, only one Battlestar survived... The Battlestar Galactica commanded by Apollo's father Commander Adama who is now the sole surviving member of the Council of Twelve and Commander Adama rounds up the human survivors and orders them to leave the planets and he decides that they were travel beyond the stars in search of Earth. As Galactica and the survivors begin their long journey in search of Earth, the Cylon's Imperious Leader and the traitorous Count Baltar both learn about Galactica and Commander Adama's plan to find Earth and the displeased Imperious Leader orders Count Baltar to destroy Galactica and warns him if he fails, he will be terminated. Galactica reaches a mining planet called Carillon which on the planet's surface, Apollo. Colonial Warriors: Cocky Starbuck and his friend Boomer. Widower Serina and her son Boxey discover a gambling paradise. But, Apollo and Starbuck both soon discover the gambling paradise on Carillon is in reality a Cylon trap and that the Cylons are preparing an ambush and Apollo and Starbuck set out to warn all the humans and other Colonial Warriors who have landed on the surface and gone to the gambling paradise that they are all in mortal danger.
