This marks as Minnie Mouse's final appearance in the Golden Age of Animation and final Disney cartoon to feature her (not counting her cameo along with Donald Duck and Goofy in Pluto's Christmas Tree).
Disney+ decided to give this short film a new title in Germany. "Pluto und der Maulwurf" is not correct German since "Maulwurf" means "mole". For a proper German translation it must have been titled "Pluto und das Erdhörnchen".
