In the beginning, in the doctor's office after the accident, Nora says "I see you're married," but Dr. Talbot isn't wearing a wedding ring and at no point in the film does he wear one.

As Prentiss and Dr. Merriam drive across the Bay Bridge, in the background, scenes of the city are seen on both sides of them, which is physically impossible; in fact, the city is behind them.

During the trial, the D.A. remarks to the jury that the defendant did not testify. Since a defendant in a criminal case has a constitutional right not to testify, a prosecutor cannot make any reference to the exercise of that right. The judge would have declared a mistrial even if the defense lawyer (as in the movie) did not move for one.

When Nora and Talbot are driving across the bridge, near the end of the scene, cars are suddenly passing them on the wrong side going the other direction, and a sign for Old Gold cigarettes in the background is reversed, revealing the rear projection screen images have been flipped.

When the surgeons are washing up for an operation, before gloves, the elder surgeon touches the door before going inside the surgery room, which would break sterility.
