Continuity

When Dan and Joan meet at the bar, many shots are spliced together to show their dialogue and toast. In each shot, the cloudiness and quantity of Dan's drink change noticeably after the fateful spill and before he even takes a sip.
When Dan is carrying Joan back to the boat, her right arm swings about freely, then is neatly tucked underneath her (Dan's arm hasn't moved.), then swings about freely after they've passed through a narrow passage and nearby passengers.
(at around 5 mins) When Joan, facing Dan, says, "Let's trust luck will come again.", the bartender can be seen behind her, a few bar patrons to the left. There is an immediate cut to Joan and Dan shaking hands, and the bartender is directly across the bar from her to her left side; also, Joan has a prominent smile. After the handshake, there is another a camera cut, Joan' is no longer smiling, and the bartender is gone.
When Dan is let out of the brig by Skippy, he doesn't have a hat. When he gets topside, he puts his hat on.
Skippy sits on the deck laughing as the ship pulls away from Hong Kong. When Steve walks up to take him into custody, Steve is wearing gray slacks with a large cuff and a black stripe running through them, and black shoes. When Skippy looks down at Steve's shoes, the inserted still shot shows the black shoes, but the slacks shown are now black and with a smaller cuff.

Revealing mistakes

When Steve fires his gun in Dan's room, the noise is very loud, but when they exit into the hallway, the people are walking around as if they had heard nothing. This would be quite unlikely in the close quarters of a ship.

Crew or equipment visible

A piece of equipment is visible at the bottom right of the screen for around ten seconds in the early scene which features a trio of singers.
As Dan carries the stricken Joan up the gangplank, the shadow of the camera can be seen.

Plot holes

Officer Burke, an American policeman, had no legal authority to arrest Dan Hardesty in the British colony of Hong Kong. He would have needed to present an American warrant for Hardesty's arrest to the Hong Kong authorities and request that Hardesty be extradited. There was no indication that Burke had any such warrant. Hardesty should have known this and yelled for the police when Burke pulled a gun on him.
