In Puerto Rico, waitress Madison Taylor is working the night shift when she witnesses the brutal murder of a police detective by two men and is hit on the thigh. Lt. Steve Wakes, who was the partner of the murdered detective, takes Madison to a nearby hospital in an attempt to remove the bullet needed to identify the killers. However, Madison needs to spend the night in the hospital and is moved to an empty floor under the protection of a security guard. A girl is approached by a man who's been shot. Then two men show up and shoot her. She's taken to the hospital and is approached by a cop who tells her the man who approached her is a cop and his partner. He says the shooters might be com8ng after her, so he places her in a s3ction if the hospital that's closed off. The shooters are cops and they worry that they shot her with their own service weapons and the bullet in her can be traced back to them. So they go the hospital to find her.
