Driven by success, social status, and being the life and soul of the party, Parker Schafer is thrown off the rails when her longtime boyfriend kicks her out of their apartment, to return to the arms of his ex-wife. Parker's reputation is in shambles and she is fired, destroying her seemingly perfect glamorous life.

Upon the suggestion of a friend, Parker decides to give a viral wellness retreat a try. The famed Guru Shuroo promises "7 days to change your life." Parker packs up her life in the concrete jungle and heads out to the remote getaway in the Catskills.

Picked up by a spiritual bohemian in a classic VW van, a diverse group of backstories and unlikely friends are brought together for a weekend none of them could have expected.

Meditation, yoga, journaling, and of course mescaline trips and fraud, are the recipes to this whirlwind of a wellness retreat.
