Back in the Deli Department

Chris Schaller: Hi there. Chris Schaller, I'm a buyer for Costco Wholesale, back in the deli department. I wanted to take a moment to introduce a... a new item for us that we're really excited about. Uh, this is the Kirkland Signature Cheese Flight. This was a collaborative effort working with a couple different buyers from around the country, to develop, uh, what we thought was the best combination of cheeses. And weather you wanna take this home, and just use this as a, uh, just to experience a couple different cheeses, or you can use it as a standalone appetizer. Um, you can also make it a focal point for your event, and really add, you know, fresh fruits and vegetables and nuts, and... and, make it your own. But regardless of how you're gonna try it, um, there are a couple best practices for most cheeses. You really wanna take it out of the refrigerator, about, at least an hour before you're gonna serve it. And then also, you know, using separate knifes or different knifes for each cheeses. They really limit the flavor migration for one cheese to another. And thank you for taking the time, we appreciate it. And have a good day.
